    Our Tower I Unit 310 is a spacious two-bedroom deluxe condominium comprising 1,317 square feet, ideally situated on the third floor with direct views of the Gulf and the lagoon pool. The unit includes two generously sized bedrooms, furnished with a king bed in one room and two queen beds in the other. All mattresses and box springs are newly installed as of January 2025.

    Our condo has been recently updated, with yearly upgrades ongoing. Its location is ideal—situated close to the ground floor, it offers clear views of all the pool and beach activities, while also being high enough to take in the breathtaking gulf scenery. You can easily reach the beach and pool using either the nearby stairs or one of two elevators.
    Recent improvements to the property include updated ceilings, fresh paint, enhanced woodwork and beadboard trim, new doors, upgraded kitchen appliances and faucets, modern bedding, as well as a new dining table, chairs, and bedroom recliner. All televisions are wall-mounted smart TVs with high-definition feeds and Blu-ray DVD players. The flooring throughout is tiled, ensuring a carpet-free environment.

    Begin your day in the master bedroom, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provide expansive gulf views overlooking the pristine white beach. The balcony—furnished with seating and a table—offers an ideal setting to enjoy morning coffee in the fresh coastal breeze. Beach vistas are visible from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom. Both the living room and master bedroom offer direct access to the balcony.
    The condo features two spacious bedrooms: the master offers a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and en-suite with walk-in shower; the guest room includes two queen beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

    The condo includes a modern kitchen, stacked washer and dryer, tiled bathrooms with upgraded vanities, and new faucets.

    A property fee of $70 covers one parking pass and resort wristbands. You may purchase a second parking pass for $50, with a maximum of two passes allowed. The condo accommodates six guests.

    Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's only full-service resort, featuring beautiful grounds, a par-3 nine-hole golf course, and complimentary access to an updated fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.

Great for families!

We were in town for our daughter’s dance competition at the resort and enjoyed being able to use the walkway over Front Beach Rd to get there. The condo unit was so clean and had everything we needed! The property owner was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo with a great view!

This was our first time in PCB and we loved staying at Edgewater! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Complex is a family friendly resort for kids of all ages and was close to shops and restaurants! Would definitely book again!

This condo was clean & very well equipped with all the comforts of home . It was centrally located within the complex and made it for easy access to the pool and beach areas. There was no waiting for elevators as well. All of the staff within the facilities were courteous and help. We will definitely rebook this condo next year.

This was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed in PCB and we go every summer. Eddie (the host) was wonderful at early communication and making sure we were good to go! The room was everything we expected and more. Super clean, great location, everything you could possibly need available. We look forward to booking this property again for years to come!

Relaxing vacation

The reservation process was very easy. Communication with the owner was excellent. Owner works hard to grant early check in when possible. Location of this unit is excellent with close proximity to pool, oceans and onsite restaurant. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well cared for. The location on the third floor was easy to acces using the stairs or the elevator. Eddie was extremely helpful with any questions and was quick to respond. We spent a lot of time at the beach and pool with our kids (5 and 3) and had the best time! We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Would definitely return.

We booked 5 nights at the condo and took our two children with us who are 4 and 10. The condo is as pictured, very clean, great location within the resort and on the 3rd floor which was also nice. We had a fantastic time, we enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. It was crowded and the staff were very friendly. The Owners are great to work with, very upfront with information and had a lot of good suggestions for restaurants and activities. We recommend staying!! We will be back for sure!

Perfect

Came down on my honeymoon and the condo was perfect. Owens were very nice and accommodating. The condo was very clean and updated and a wonderful view of the fabulous pool and beach.there were activities such as movies on a large screen TV and karaoke at the pool in the evenings. Plenty of nice places to eat good seafood within 2 miles. We stayed the last week in June and it was supprisingly easy to get around. Highly recommended this condo.

Nothing Better!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our condo! It was perfect. My husband and I took 4 young women down with us for a high school graduation trip for our youngest daughter. It was super clean and very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Great amount of room for all of us. The icing on the cake was the view. It's even better than the pictures. The owners couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. We will be coming back and we highly recommend this property.

Few minor problems. Condo needs to be sprayed for roached. A few found by children. Master bath a bit small based upon my experience. Only one sink. should be two. Otherwise, our stay was great, Thanks

Beautifully decorated , fantastic amenities, super clean

This two bedroom beautiful condo is so pretty and equipped with new pillows, hotel quality sheets, soft new towels. Every inch of the condo was spotless clean and updated and well equipped kitchen. The resort amenities are so convenient. The heated pools were fantastic and we used them in February. The grounds are very well kept up, the hot tubs and heated pools were cleaned daily. Our favorite part was sitting relaxing on the balcony watching the surf, and sunrises and sunsets. We have rented 30 + condos and this was the cleanest, best thought out type of furniture for vacationing, and family spacious we have ever had. Thank you Joe for a wonderful month!

Fantastic Vacation

I have stayed in numerous condos over the years and this by far was one of the nicest. The leather furniture in the living room was very comfortable and the 55" HD television was awesome. In addition, there were tv's in both bedrooms!!! The kitchen was well-stocked including a crockpot, blender, nice coffee maker, & fiesta dishes, etc. Both the king bed in the master & the double beds in the 2nd bedroom were very comfortable. The resort itself was amazing which included the pools, hot tub, on-site restaurant, workout facility and beach area. Finally, we liked it so much we are planning on returning next year. Cathy & Eddie were great to work with and will accommodate you in any way possible.

The perfect condo

We can’t say enough good about this condo and the owners. We had to back up our vacation a touch as there was a tragic death of a friend in our home community. Eddie extended our stay a day on the back end. What kindness and understanding. The unit was perfect. Everything we needed and more. Stairs were so close and easy access to the lagoon pool. The view was second to none. The resort was perfect as well. We hope to return to PCB and to this condo. Hosts also provided suggestions of restaurants and more for us. This was really welcome as it was our first time in PCB. Thanks so much once again!!

Wonderful getaway!

My husband, son (10 yrs old), and I visit Edgewater every summer. This was without a doubt the best condo we've stayed in. Eddie was such a wonderful and kind host; he let me change our dates so that I could make it to my nephew's graduation, and he texted us to let us know we could check in early on the day of our arrival. It makes a HUGE difference when you're dealing with an owner rather than a management company. Everything went so smoothly, and you could really tell the personal touch of people who use and love their home. The condo itself is perfect - beautifully updated, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, and really spacious. The Cannons have thought of everything guests need; the only thing left for us to do was relax!
