The very oversized, 10' x 28' balcony is amazing!! Just minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park on the quiet west end of the beach. It is a perfect retreat whether your looking for family time, a fun filled vacation, a relaxing quiet time or a romantic getaway.

    Upon arrival you will park in your OWN assigned parking space just a few feet from the elevators. Extra Paid parking across the street.

    The kitchen is completely ready and waiting for you with everything you will need. Stainless steel appliances with extra large Refrigerator & Freezer and Microwave and Dishwasher.

Great property on West End of PCB

Owners were great on communication. Fully stocked condo with beach toys, towels, chairs, coolers. The Labor Day week was quiet and the beach service ended early but we still had a great time. Water was beautiful and love the location.

Had a wonderful time here for our stay in PCB. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There are 3 elevators and they are fast. We never waited more than a minute or two max. The beach was wonderful and you are close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

We’ve stayed at several of the condos managed by this property manager and they are always top notch! Condos are always clean and furnishings are always super nice. The kitchen has everything you could need if wishing to make a meal at the condo. We love this end of the beach as it tends to be quiet and family friendly. You cannot go wrong staying here!

Definitely recommended to stay: the condo looked just like the vrbo pics… The Managers of this condo property answered the phone &/or our text messages quickly to help answer any questions &/or concerns we needed fulfilled… we loved the beach & pool convenience, & used the stairs often verses the elevator!!! Then Around the corner, we found a pickleball court to play one morning… we would definitely stay here again…

The owners communicated everything in a very timely manner and were very helpful when I had questions. The condo had everything we could possibly want and more. Provided plenty of beach thing for kids as well as beach towels (which we’d never had before). Fully recommend this condo and the complex. Another Wonderful Stay!!

We have been renting condos from Scott here at Tropic Winds for years and I promise you will not find anyone easier to work with!! He is always available to help you with any questions you may have!! The condo itself is exactly as pictured. Everything is clean and well maintained and the kitchen is stocked better than mine at home!! Being located on the West End about 2 miles from Pier Park is the perfect location. The traffic is MUCH better and so are the crowds. We are already booked again for November when we come down for the Emerald Coast Cruise In car show. Over the years we have stayed in almost every one these units and I would not hesitate to recommend any of them!! Thank you Scott for another wonderful stay!

PCB Family vacation 2024

The condo was spacious and amazing. The balcony area was so nice and fit the whole family with perfect views of the ocean. They had many of the things that you would want to bring down to the beach such as Flippers, beach towels, cooler, and beach toys just to name a few. Scott was amazing and he responded within a few minutes to each of my questions via text. I would give him 10 out of 5 stars. The only down side to this place is the parking deck. Our parking was on the fourth floor and maneuvering the ramps to get to the next level was terrible. We had to stop and put it in reverse so that we could make the sharp turn. If you are in a bigger suv or full size truck it is a nightmare. My RAV4 had no problem but my F150 could not make the tight turns. The parking deck was definitely an afterthought on this beautiful condo.

Loved the condo! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Loved watching the ocean from the balcony and listening to the waves! Would swim in the ocean and if it got to hot then we would jump in the pool.
