Calypso 2003W | 20th-Floor Gulf Views, Beach Service Included, Steps from Pier Park

From the 20th floor of Calypso's West Tower, the views stop you in your tracks. Sugar-white sand, emerald water, and open Gulf sky stretch in every direction, and this is the view from your living room, your dining table, your kitchen, and your private balcony. Most guests say they spend the first hour just standing out there.

The Condo

The living area is open and comfortable, anchored by a 65" Smart TV with streaming and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The dining and kitchen areas face the Gulf, so even cooking feels like an occasion. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner, with brand-new stainless steel appliances throughout.

The master suite has a king bed, a 55" Smart TV, and the same sweeping Gulf views. A dedicated bunk area in the hall is set up for kids, great for sleeping and a little downtime. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated. In-unit laundry keeps longer stays easy.

Beach Service

Beach service is included for the 2026 season: two lounge chairs and an umbrella set up daily on Calypso's private stretch of beach.

The Resort

Calypso is one of Panama City Beach's most well-situated resorts. On-site amenities include two Gulf-view pools (seasonally heated), a tiki bar and grill, a fitness center, covered parking, and direct private beach access. The resort is within a 5-minute walk of Pier Park, PCB's main shopping and dining hub with hundreds of restaurants, retail shops, live music events, and an IMAX theater. Russell-Fields Pier is a short walk as well.

Good to Know

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. During Spring Break, a minimum ratio of one guest 25 or older per two guests under 25 applies. Calypso charges a $60 per-vehicle parking registration fee directly; one vehicle is permitted for 1-bedroom units. All rental fees are included in our pricing, no hidden charges.

Family Trip

We went to PCB for a few days with the family. With the dangerous ocean conditions we were thankful for the pool! Also, I am not usually able to be fully comfortable in rental spaces. This is by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in for any of our beach vacations. Thank you so much for the hospitality during our stay!

I’ve stayed at Calypso numerous times over the years. The cleanliness was by far the best we’ve ever experienced. Kudos to the housekeeping team! Beds were super comfy and kitchen was stocked with what appeared to be brand new pots and pans. Top notch condo! Thank you for a great week.

This condo was great, the furniture was beautiful and the view was amazing. Everything was very clean besides the floors, they were very dirty the bottom of our feet were gross the first day, we wore slippers the rest of the time. I still give this place 5 stars everything else made up for the floors!

Amazing view! Amazing trip!

It was me and 5 tweens and teens for 5 nights and the place completely met our needs!! Everything we needed to cook with was there, washer and dyer works great, the view was breath taking. We watched a sea turtle swimming about 8am from the balcony. So close to Pier Park and short drive to Walmart, Target and Starbucks! We did only get 2 rolls of TP and that wasn’t enough but we didn’t care! It was a great trip!!

Family Time

We had a great time. We have stayed at Calypso many times. This condo was one of the better cleaner condos I’ve stayed in. The only thing I would change is maybe put a dehumidifier in to keep it a little more comfortable. I will definitely look at renting this unit again. BTW, I left a k-cup coffee maker for others to use.

30th birthday bash

This place was perfect. Great location. Easily walkable to restaurants and the pier. Wonderfully clean. Bed was more comfortable than I expected. Amenities were excellent. Having a restaurant and tiki bar on site was A+. Easy access to the beach and even though we didn’t use the umbrella service it was no problem to put up our sun shade and no one has hassled us over it. The beach was gorgeous and very well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Breathtaking views, saw different wildlife in the ocean from the balcony everyday. Pool was wonderful, easy beach access and beach chairs and umbrella is a great option. Very walkable for food and close to many shops. Would definitely stay again. Worth it alone for the amazing view and close proximity to the beach.

Condo was exceptionally clean! As soon as inspection was complete, we were allowed to check in about 2 hours early, which was nice. Only complaint was the master bedroom stayed a little warm (we like cold bedrooms) but as long as we kept the door open through the night, it was fine. Others might be fine with the temp. Overall I would book this condo again.
