Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay at Very Merry. We specifically picked this rental for the direct beach access/No boardwalk. The location is quieter, but still made PCB and Rosemary beach activities very accessible. Very Merry is close to grocery stores too. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental was in a great location on a quiet end of Panama City. Close enough to Pier Park and Rosemary but private. Rental was well organized and stocked. It was a comfortable condo with a lot of nice amenities.

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Very Merry, the perfect place to go with small children so you don't have to worry about toting lots of things back and forth from the beach to your house. The beach is literally in your backyard and we were able to wake up and drink our coffee on the patio while the kids played in the sand. Will definitely be back!!

Great spot right on the beach. Unit was very clean and in great shape. Easy check in, property was as described. Parking right in front of the unit. Right on the beach, not crowed close to PCB and Rosemary Beach. Property manager was great. Furniture was in great shape. Very comfortable stay.

Great location

The best part of this unit was that you walk right out the back door and directly into the sand and beach. Well kept residence as far as cleanliness and the fact that we were able to bring our two small birds with us was the main reason we initially chose this location. We will be returning in the spring.

Great Location

Very clean. Perfect size for a family of four. Be sure to bring extra paper products like TP, paper towels and dishwasher pods. Laguna beach is such a great area of PCB. Quiet, no high rise condos near by.

We have zero complaints! It truly was everything we were hoping for. It was so convenient having the beach in our backyard. It was also pretty handy being so close, we could hear people at the beach yelling that there was a turtle so we headed right over and didn’t miss that awesome opportunity! We were able to walk to the condo for lunch and back out to hit the waves! It wasn’t crowded at all. We like to hop around the coast and stay in different areas, but this one has really won us over. We’re thinking of coming back next year!

It does not get any better than this. Very nice bungalow, all the amenities, and you step right off the back deck and you are on the beach. It is an end unit, very quiet, and we even saw a huge school of dolphins swimming right out back. Hope to do this one again soon The Younts

Fall break 2023 is in the books! We love staying at PC Villas. Convince spoiled me several years ago! Park at the front door and go out the sliding glass door and your on the beach. Unit was very nice and clean. We will be back!!

Totally beautiful

It was a wonderful week. Opening your door and one step down and you’re in the sand! No high rise, no elevators, park right in front of unit. Doesn’t get any better than that and sadly this type of condo no longer exists. I hope it stays for a very long time.

Thanksgiving on the beach

We had a fantastic day. My wife and I completely enjoyed just being able to walk straight out the back door and right onto the beach. My son and I were able to fish all day while my wife just sat and soaked up the sun. It was very nice, which I don’t know if that’s normally how it is this time of year, but it was warm and sunny. Except for the last few days, which got a little cool. It was just a really great stay we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much.

The perfect spot!

We chose the property for its location, you just can’t beat being right on the beach! It was so convenient to bring our chairs out there and come and go from the beach as we needed. The house was just 2 minutes from Publix & Winn Dixie, it was a 10 minute drive to Rosemary & Alys Beach where we like to go for trying new restaurants. There were no large condo building nearby so the beach had plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Our only complaint is that there was a dark stain on the white bedsheets in the master bedroom, while I’m sure they were cleaned, they should probably be replaced. Overall a great experience, we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at very merry. Everything was as described and exceeded expectations. The beach view and walkout was to die for. We love Panama City but never had a location as perfect as this one. Perfect for our 2 year old and 5 month old. A trip that will last a lifetime. Only suggestion is providing some beach towels! Happy I packed some last min but it would have been nice to have those there too. Other than that, all the beach necessities were there. Thank you for a great stay! We’ll definitely be back!

No board walk. No beach grass. No elevator. Open the sliding glass door, step out onto the patio, down two steps and your toes are in the sand! A few yards away is the ocean. The second floor balcony is amazing this close to the ocean! It is an end unit for added privacy. The kitchen and bar are well-stocked. Can't say enough about this fabulous find. This is our second year and we plan to return every year that we can.
