The open-concept design of the living, dining, and kitchen areas creates a welcoming, airy space to kick off your vacation. With three spacious levels, there’s plenty of room for relaxation and creating lasting memories with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any chef, perfect for preparing delicious meals. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy queen bedroom for added convenience. The second-floor master suite offers a king-sized bed, a private bath, and access to a balcony. Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom with two sets of twin/full bunk beds—ideal for the kids—complete with a private bath and a large TV for entertainment. On the third floor, you will find a third guest bedroom that features two full beds. As an added feature, you will also find a fabulous wet bar and a stunning observation deck on the third floor—an amazing spot to soak in the Florida sunshine, fresh air, and breathtaking 30A sunsets. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, Floridays on 30A is the perfect place for your next unforgettable getaway!

Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
