We welcome you to come and enjoy our often updated unit on the 12th floor at the fantastic Majestic Beach Resort. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay.

The unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with composite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 6 with 4 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full bed (no bunks) with its own flat screen tv perfect for adults, teens, or younger children. The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach, no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features tile flooring with fun soothing wall colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the condo SaltAir.

Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and 1 large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. There’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; and a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. All this is on-site, but you can also enjoy area restaurants, bars, and more only a short walk away in the Shoppes at Edgewater plaza; and you’re only a short drive and moments from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining center, there’s every local water sport you can imagine; and we’re only 25 minutes from the airport.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Spring-break getaway

Our family had a great experience at Majestic Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, there was so much to enjoy and explore. The resort is just steps away from the white sandy beach, and within a short walk, we found a variety of fantastic restaurants and stores. The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot tub, provided the perfect spots to unwind and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, soaking in some much-needed R & R. We can't wait to visit again!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in PCB. The condo was perfect, everything we could have hoped for. Ana and Norm put a lot of care into the little details to ensure the stay is perfect. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed the beach and pools. We were so pleased with our stay we have already booked a week next year!

Great location!

Everything was outstanding from check-in to check-out! Condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and as shown and described on VRBO. We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the view from the balcony is awesome so we spent time sitting there too when we weren’t playing in the sand or eating seafood at the nearby restaurants. Hope we can go back again!

Great Condo - has everything you need

We had a quick trip so really appreciated the breakfast/lunch/dinner options right on site. We at Breakfast in the condo lunch at the H2O restaurant right on the beach. Then hit the hot tub then in for showers and out at night a fun way get the most of the trip.

Fantastic Condo

We really enjoyed our stay! Every year we stay in PCB but this was our first time on this side of the pier. The condo, and beaches were perfect for our family! The condo was clean, and had everything you need for a week away from home. All around a 5 star experience!

Our stay was perfect! The room was located next to the elevator to the pool and beach access, which made things very easy. The condo was sparkling clean and the owners provided everything you could need on vacation! Norman and Ana are amazing hosts and communicated clearly! Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation! I would definitely rent from them again!

PCB Beach Condo

Wonderful property right on the gulf. 12th floor overlooking the beach. Felt right at home while away from home. Plenty of pools, indoor and out. Nice hot tub; Starbucks right in condo complex. Plenty of things to do, plenty of places to shop, plenty of places to eat!! Condo lacks for nothing!!

Beautiful as always our Condo was great small 3rd room, washer and dryer in awkward place, sofa bed a little beat up but it was a great place. Beach towels provided definitely a plus and sand toys a plus for little ones

Nice trip

We had a fun family vacation. There was lot of things not working in the building. One of the indoor pools was closed. Additional elevators had 1 closed and you couldn’t go all the way to ground floor. Tower one outdoor pool was freezing the whole trip and to use the bathroom you had to walk far because the indoor pool was closed. Room itself we stayed in was nice.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great spring break at PCB. The condo was exactly as expected. Never had a problem with outside noise. I liked that we were near elevators that brought us directly to an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools and hot tub and beach access. We rarely had much of a wait for the elevators. The complex was nice. The indoor pools were both nicely heated since it was a little chilly outside. We were bummed the shop that sells ice cream closed at 3pm. The parking set up was not ideal but it was easy in and out of the garage and the sign out process to get a cart was very smooth.

PCB condo at Majestic Resort

This was our first trip to PCB. The owner was very communicative. I originally requested one parking pass only to need a second one at the very last minute. She replied quickly and had an extra pass waiting for us in the condo. I really appreciated how easy she made it on us. Being so close to the beach made it easy to get up early and stake our little place on the beach before it got crowded. It was also convenient to run up to the condo to grab something to eat. Everything in the condo was labeled making it easier to find and put away pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, etc. It’s a very large condo resort complex. You unload your things on the third level of the parking structure. They have carts for you to use - you have to leave your drivers license with the attendant while you use the cart. The elevators are very fast. The owner provides wrist bands (8 max) that you must wear when on the resort property. We didn’t use the pools or fitness room at all. The food at the resort is very expensive. Bring lots of water. I’ve made a note to bring at least two cases next time I go. I would recommend this owner and this condo.
