The master bedroom contains a king bed and private access to the master bath, as well as a flat screen TV. It also has a balcony door with access to the wraparound balcony. The master suite has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or whole family with 2 queen beds (huge room!) that comfortably sleep 4. This bedroom also has a full bathroom of it's own and TV.

The living room couch folds out into a sleeper sofa.

Welcome to Watercrest gulf front Condominiums in Panama City Beach, Florida. Luxurious floor plans in an elegant 18 story high-rise, each with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, are at the peak of your vacation. As elegant and beautiful as the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. Resort amenity highlights include a large, seasonally heated pool with expansive sun decks, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, racquetball court, and more. Inside your room you’ll enjoy tropical furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryers... everything to make you feel at home. Near by is St. Andrews State Park, Schooner’s and Captain Anderson’s.

The master bedroom, guest bedroom, and the living room all have televisions for your enjoyment.

The kitchen and dining rooms are well appointed for eating in and cooking for the whole family. Sit down for dinner at the dining room table with a great view of the water! This condo will not disappoint!

A washer dryer is located in the condo for your convenience.

Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.

Loved our stay. Very roomy and the ceiling to floor bank of sliding doors even in the master bedroom was beautiful. It was so nice to be on the beach to walk daily sometimes twice a day. Chase was awesome to work with.

Spring 2024 PCB stay

We found Water Crest to be cleaner, safer, and more tended to that other places we’ve stayed in PCB. We chosen 1003 because of the beautiful wide view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful View

The condo had a perfect view. We enjoyed being able to see fireworks from the balcony on the Fourth of July. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was plenty of room in the condo.

GREAT RENTAL

Condo was great very spacious, we had everything we needed and the views were amazing. I will definitely plan another stay in the future. My only negative for the stay was the pullout couch it definitely needs a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep on. I still give property a 10/10.

Peaceful

My husband and I really enjoyed this unit. The living room is very open and spacious. We have stayed at Watercrest before, but we specifically picked this unit because the master bedroom overlooks the beach. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. We saw dolphins almost daily and found some wonderful shells on the beach. An added touch were the military jets that flew by regularly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great rental company

We had a great stay. The rental company was always a step ahead. Easy check in and out. Unit was as described. Our only complaint is the air conditioner was very cold in the living spaces and it was very hot in the master bedroom. We never could regulate it! Overall great stay.

Nicest room we’ve stayed in to date!

My wife and I have stayed in PCB at least once and sometimes twice a year for the past 8 years. This was by far the nicest room we’ve been in. HUGE living room and the view is incredible. The rooms are plenty big, showers were average but everything else was amazing. Hotel wasn’t busy at all this time of the year. Beach wasn’t crowded. Very close to everything. I’ll absolutely be staying in this exact room again.

Beautiful balcony, but condo in need of update

Beautiful private balcony view. Very spacious and well stocked with cookware and start up supplies (hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc). However, while the unit itself was very clean, it was in dire need of updating. Sofa, chairs, and beds were worn out, uncomfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

Reviewer Comments: Watercrest is an excellent condo location but we did have some issues with our actual condo. First the AC wasn’t doing it job. The master bedroom was hot at night. The ceiling fan died the first night. There was a stand fan in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need but we was not supplied with dish towels, clothes or garbage bags. The last thing two days before we left we was invaded by ants. I did call and left a message and didn’t get a call back. Then I emailed and got a response. That afternoon the showed up with ant traps and new filters for the AC. The furniture in the unit needs replacing. The blue recliner has foam showing. Loved the hardwood floors and the best thing about this condo was the view and balcony. Over all I would give the unit a 6 but Watercrest I would give a 9.

Reasonable prices for fantastic views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious and big open windows. The recliners needed to be replaced. The leather one was partially broken when you reclined, the fabric was stained and gross. New flooring through most areas. Cabinets need updated and to be actually cleaned. Mutiple coffee pots, blender and a small airfryer which was handy! Housekeeping needs to clean vents, corners and behind doors. This is the epitome of lazy to not do so. Also wouldn't hurt to take a clean mop to the baseboards and walls. The windows in the front room needs a pull down blind the blackout curtains only work so well, the sides gaping still allows a LOT of light in , no one wants a lit room to sleep in. This was a problem. Maintenance was prompt to fix the master blinds so they worked. Took a couple times requesting a mop since we were there 2 weeks, no broom only a mini vacuum thing that I had to clean out and clean and dry the filter for it to even work. I already paid a cleaning fee and to have to clean the vacuum myself isn't ok. Again, laziness on Housekeeping. All in all, biggest issue was signs everywhere of lazy Housekeeping. Communicating with management prior and during was prompt 95% of the time. I was pleasantly surprised the pots and pans were in nice condition and plenty. The moldy vents tells me there's a mold issue (not surprised, but concerning) that needs to be addressed and some remediation needs to happen. I liked how the building was laid out for accessing your room and pool/beach. I do think some signs need to be posted warning people it gets slippery when wet (rain), my chikd and husband both fell flat on their back when they rounded a corner going to our room, it had rained and we didn't realize it rained inside the walkway. Security was excellent! And all very kind. They definitely did their job and I appreciate that a lot.

The balcony was great with amazing views. The interior rooms were spacious. The only drawback was the constant drilling of construction at the building that was extremely bothersome on some days when wanted to hang out in the condo or on the balcony.

The property was great except the hot tub wasn’t working. Great pool, enjoyed the Tiki bar. The room was outstanding. The living area was large and perfectly decorated. We loved the all glass front with the big balcony and amazing view of the Gulf.

Great Condo

We loved the condo. Our one issue with the place was that it wasn't super clean when we first arrived but overall we really enjoyed our stay and I wouldn't let that stop anyone from checking out this location.

This condo had amazing views! We would definitely book again! A very fair price compared to other rooms at Watercrest. We love the quieter end of PCB with less traffic. Very close to St Andrews State Park.

Spring break fun!

The view is amazing !! We had 5 other families stay in other rooms and nothing compared to our view. Everywhere in the condo u look out and see endless turquoise water and white sand! Plenty of seating area for everyone. Only issue we had is the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. But that’s a minor fix . We had a great time
