    This spacious, beautifully updated studio in the Villages of South Walton offers everything you need for a relaxing beach escape. Thoughtfully designed with added bunk beds for extra guests, the space comfortably accommodates families, couples, or a friends’ retreat.

    Recent upgrades include new flooring, a renovated bathroom, and a new HVAC system—providing modern comfort throughout your stay.

    Ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, you’ll be steps away from boutique shopping, incredible dining, and scenic 30A bike paths.
