  • The Francois Carriage house is a whimsical getaway retreat. Featuring a beautiful wrap around balcony with outside seating and a designated parking space for one car. Newly refurbished to continue our commitment to quality for all guests. The moment you enter you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy all the wonderful amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer.
    During your stay there are complimentary beach chairs/towels, two bikes, and beach wagon.
    This 750 sq ft house features a loft king bed where you wake to the beautiful blue sky and office area to include wireless internet throughout. The bunk room located on the first floor is directly across from the bathroom. The Francois Carriage house can sleep up to 4 total guests (two adults only).

    Featuring a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range and complete assortment of kitchen amenities as well as stunning granite countertops. There is seating for two at the bar and a dining area that can comfortably seat four.
    All the floors are done in beautiful travertine, featuring.
    Just steps away from the beautiful Cabana Pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town center.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was outstanding! Meticulously clean, fresh & welcoming! Beds were comfortable & sheets were very soft! The decor was coordinated, fresh, cute & beachy! We would definitely come back to stay here & highly recommend this location as it was a couple blocks from the shopping, beach & restaurants! Pool was on site & others available near this location as well! We also used the bikes offered to ride around the neighborhood! Overall a fantastic stay in Rosemary Beach!

This carriage house was exactly as described and was perfect for a quiet, peaceful week in Rosemary Beach for myself and two older children. Check in was easy, and the amenities, like bikes and beach chairs, were in great condition. I look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful place

The accommodations were wonderful. The home is decorated so beautifully and fun. It is well equipped. Beach chairs, wagon and cooler were great for the beach which is a 5 min walk. The pool is close by. There are 2 bikes too. Great location. Hope to get back again.

This property was super cute and worked really well for our little family. Excellent location and amenities. Neighborhood pool is really close, and lovely. Walk to beach is not at all far, when using the wagon provided to pull the chairs etc! Perfect stay!!

Holiday Stay

The home is small and charming, and it was perfect for our needs during this trip. The location was ideal. However, I didn’t receive check-in instructions and couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Luckily, she lives on-site and heard us when we arrived, so she was able to provide access. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The two bikes available for use were a nice bonus.

5 Star Carriage house for my wife & myself . Every amenity needed for our stay. Perfect Beach Week

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a week this July and it was perfect. Very cute layout, our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed all for herself and the king bed was super comfortable, my wife and I slept lovely. We brought our bikes and were able to store them in the garage below which was incredibly helpful. The garage also had the beach supplies and the washer/dryer which really came in handy. We highly recommend this house!

Stayed 2 nights to check out the area for the first time. Perfect size for us and our 2 kids. Bunkbeds in a separate room. Smart tv. Keurig and drip for coffee. Clean.
