    * Family friendly, highly desirable Chateau Villa community with pool, front and back decks.

    * Our home has everything you need for perfect family vacation: AC, Wifi, Coffee pot, Keurig, pots, pans, blender, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, Charcoal grill, microwave, slow cooker, toaster and so much more.

    *This is a well loved, classic beach home for making memories. Please expect some sand in unit. Very comfortable but not a hotel!

    * Back yard features outdoor dining with umbrella, chairs, small charcoal grill, outdoor lighting and flower landscape.

We had an awesome stay great communication with the owners, walk to the beach, nice pool area, very clean with everything we needed. Easy commute to Rosemary Beach and Seaside great little towns we also did a sunset cruise with paradise it was outstanding.Sharky has a great tiki bar wonderful time down there.

A delightful experience!

This property was exactly as advertised and didn’t disappoint. It was very clean and well stocked with everything our family needed for our 10 day stay. The beach is so close (a 2-3 minute walk down the short street with small children and a wagon in tow)! Lisa provided great communication every step of the way!

Everything we needed…

This place was quaint and we loved the old Florida vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we found the whole place very clean. Super easy access to the community pool and the beach. We loved Thomas’ place down the street - recommended to us by the owner Lisa who was very communicative and thorough. Neighbors were sweet and gave us local food recs. It checked all of our boxes, and we would for sure come back again!
