"The property was old and unkept. The board walk had broken/missing steps, landscaping had been unattended for a while ( weeds coming through concrete areas at pool and hot tub) hot tub was not clean, shower was tiny. Location to beach was nice even though our particular room had an obstructed view. ..."

"Check in process took 1 hr before we got our keys. Our room does not have towel and no one told us that we can request for it as the other rooms also dont have towels so we assumed there was no complimentary towels. Toilet in the pool is not clean."
