"I've shared my minor concerns with this property directly with the general manager, as not to have my observations scare someone off. The bottom line is, the Seahaven Beach Hotel has a fantastic location, great views from the balconies, a terrific pool, and perfect beach access. Despite the shortcomings I observed, I would not hesitate to stay here again. No deal breakers here, just little things shared to make it a greater perceived value."

"The room itsself was goid hotel amenity were great. However getting locked out of my room multipal times, was not great. Maintenance had to come to my room 3 separate times to fix the door. Parking was a compleate mess. Staff was as attentive as could be "

"You have to pay for ice there $7 a bag. Parking is not free it’s $15 per day. We got a kitchenette and there was no silverware plates or pans. Towels and washcloths that they provided here were so thin and rough. The soap and conditioner in the shower were very cheep and didn’t smell good. For the amount we paid for a week I would have thought it would have been a little better. The stay was not horrible."

"My wife and I booked a beach view room on the 8th floor. Great hotel location, 20 min away from Rosemary Beach. It was a decent stay to say the least, the only reason I would give 4-stars instead of 5 is due to the general condition of the room. The paint was tearing off the ceiling, the baseboards looked rotted out but painted over. There was a strong, rotten odor coming from the sink. The price for the room is great so that’s the only reason it makes this a small issue."

"The staff was terribly rude, refused to help with any problems we had including the Wi-Fi that didn’t work. They blamed it on my phone and walked away the rooms look much better online than they do in person kind of feels like you’re staying in a jail cell. The coffee pot was missing parts and couldn’t even make coffee. I got a text notification saying that room service was going to be stopping by and they never showed up. Had to sleep on dirty sheets and full trash cans had gnats in it because they never showed up to change our trash bags."
