"We arrived, checked in and went to sleep, in the morning the floor of our room was covered in water from a leaking toilet. The front desk was very efficient, and put us in an upgraded room for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast lived up to it's reputation, it had a great selection any a large selection."

"I loved the staff at this hotel. They were very helpful and efficient. I had my laundry washed there twice. They completed the task quickly. The Front Desk Receptionists didn’t mind using Google Translate to communicate with me. I didn’t like the chairs in the room. They smelled sour. "
