Long Beach Resort Renovation Project now - March 29, 2026. My balcony is open!

Please read - Rates have been reduced 50% off due to exterior renovations at all four towers. My balcony renovations have been completed and it will be open throughout the completion of renovations. Repairs consist of stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, and exterior repainting. Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday-Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Guests may experience noise from chipping, hammering and grinding and other renovation related activity. Walkways and entryways may be rerouted. Beach access will remain open at all times - some boardwalk closures may occur.

Pools - the lagoon pool/hot tub will be closed November 28, 2025-March 13, 2026. Tower 1 and 2 heated pool/hot tub will be closed August 28, 2025-November 28, 2025. Tower 3 and 4 heated pool/hot tub (this pool is closest to my condo) will be closed October 20, 2025-March 13, 2026. I will be calling you after you book to go over all this Info. Regular refund policy will be in effect.

Welcome to THE SAND CASTLE - THIRD FLOOR PARADISE! Updated and remodeled third floor condo in Tower 4. Kitchen remodeled - wall removed, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with flat top range, and refrigerator with icemaker. Full-size stack washer and dryer. Entire condo tiled - no carpet. Granite in both bathrooms. New walk in shower just added to the primary bedroom.

You will love this very spacious 1375 sq. foot condo - much larger than most condos on the beach! All rooms are oceanfront. No fighting over who gets the bedroom with the great view! Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with a private door to the huge balcony with nice patio furniture. One of the most beautiful views in Panama City Beach!

The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds. Primary bathroom has a new walk in shower. Guest bedroom has an oversized garden tub/shower. Each bathroom has double vanities with huge mirror. Large walk-in closet in each bedroom. New Vizio HDTV smart tvs.

The living room has a new commercial grade queen sleeper sofa, chair and recliner. 58 " Smart Vizio HDTV.

New gym is now open. Tower 3.

This condo will sleep 8 comfortably with plenty of space.

The dining room has a dining table that seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3.

Long Beach Resort is known for having the largest balconies in Panama City Beach!

Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, bowls, etc. Everything you need - we have it! Granite countertops and all stainless appliances!

Long Beach Resort features a 7500 sq. foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of beautiful white beach frontage, 24 hour gated security. On site rental of jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides and more. Why go anywhere else!

Two fast speed elevators for your convenience. No long waits like some of the other large complexes.

Parking is right outside the building. No long walks from across the street at our condo!

Ready for the beach? We have reserved two beach chairs with an umbrella for your added enjoyment. Ask for the T4-307 chairs at the chair rental tent on the beach. $350 value - included with your rental!

We are a short walk on the beach to the famous Pineapple Willies.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing condo!

Wonderful vacation rental!

We love Long Beach Resort because both bedrooms have ocean views, big bathrooms, and balcony access. The entire condo has floor to ceiling windows with amazing views and a huge balcony. The location is perfect and the lagoon pool is beautiful! The booking, check in/out process, and communication with the owner was extremely easy. We had a wonderful vacation week!

Wonderful Vacation

Tammy’s property was more than we could have asked for. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and lots that we didn’t know we needed. Rooms were spacious and the layout was great. Easy access to the pools and beach & the parking lot was so much better than using the structures that other resorts offer. Will definitely be back!

Tammy the owner had everything spelled out for us before we left home so that we knew what we needed to bring with us. I have very similar decorating style and loved the brightness, cleanliness and comfort of our Condo. We were there for our sons wedding out on the beach and had our adult children and grandchildren with us. We had such a great time, the kids played on the beach or at the pool for most of the time. So relaxing, and felt very safe. I hope to make it back again with the family.

Me and my family loved this condo. The beds we're very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked , and the chair service made going to the beach more enjoyable. If you sleep with a box fan, there is no need to bring one. Each room had one that was a big plus. The view was "gorgeous" in all 3 rooms. Tammy was a great host , communication was great. I can't wait to come back next year.

Everything about this was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The owner was so responsive to texts. It was so convenient to have the charging ports next to the bed. That is a detail that many rooms do not have. Being on the third floor, it was super easy to take the stairs if we were going to the car. Just a great great experience I cannot recommend this condo more!

Our Favorite PCB Rental

We spent several years trying to find THE place that we'd come back to year after year. We found it in this condo. The location is fantastic, the condo exactly fits our needs, it's on the 3rd floor so we can take the stairs instead of the elevator if we want, the view is great, and it's in walking distance to WalMart (the store and the liquor store), Putt Putt, ice cream, Ripley's, to-go frozen margaritas, and souvenir stores. We plan to book every year. Tammy is great with communication too. You won't regret renting this condo.

Perfect Beachfront Condo!

I’ll begin with the communication with the owner. She answers immediately and texted us to let us know we could check in early. Absolutely gorgeous! Pics don’t do it justice. Balcony was breathtaking. Beach service as well as chairs/toys in the closet. All dishes/utensils, keurig, coffee maker, and working laundry room. Beds were comfortable. Starter bathroom and kitchen supplies. Ice maker! If you wish to skip the elevator, the condo is two steps from the top of the stairs. Parking is fabulous! Everything is close by. I will definitely be using Tammy again. Thanks again!

Perfect Condo in Perfect Location

Everything about this condo was perfect in our book! From the size of the condo, to the location, to communicating with the host. The balcony is the bomb. High chairs and low chairs. We were afraid 3rd floor wasn't "high" enough, but it was wonderful with a tremendous view. And this view can be seen from both bedrooms and the living room. The pools were not right under our balcony, so it was quiet at night, even with the condo's pool next door. The lagoon pool is SO pretty. It was still a little cool for us, so we didn't actually get in, but we enjoyed the scenery. The property is well maintained and well secured. The kitchen is stocked to the point of we didn't have to purchase anything else during our stay, other than the food we bought. The ONLY thing about this condo that was less than perfect was getting in/out of the showers. The host has taken great security measures by installing hand rails, but anyone that has back, hip,leg, or balance issues should take a good look at the height of the tubs and how far over you have to step to get into the shower. I just thing this should be noted for others considering renting this unit. The jetted tub in the master is a very nice addition. The beach chairs provided were a very nice addition also as we like to be closer down to the water. We used the beach chair service also and that a super nice adddition by the host providing the onsite chairs. We will definitely be returning to this unit!!

Tammy was super easy to work with! Very responsive! The place was very clean and views were beautiful! After checking in the first day (with the rest of the free world), we had no issue getting elevators and everythjng we needed was relatively close by.
