Edgewater Beach Golf and Beach Resort. If you’re looking for a resort condo rental in Panama City Beach, you’ve come to the right place. It’s got everything! And the Windward Building is located at the quiet end of the resort!

This place has it all for everybody. Tee times for Dad, massages for Mom, tennis lessons for the teenagers (when they’re not cruising up and down the strip) and a kid’s club! Guests/Renters will now have access to the club facilities (gym, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, etc.) free of charge and will be given admittance with their wristband.

It is a beautiful 1st floor unit!

The LIVING ROOM offers plenty of seating, including a queen sofa that's perfect for two to sleep comfortably. There's also a flat-screen TV with cable, so when you're not soaking up the sun at the beach, lounging by the pool, hitting the golf course, or relaxing in the spa, you can enjoy a variety of channels. If you'd prefer, you can always open your laptop and browse the web with the high-speed internet available. But honestly, if you're spending all your time indoors instead of on those stunning sugar-white sand beaches, you're truly missing out. They’re some of the best in Florida, and the water is what gives the Emerald Coast its name.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed. Of course, there’s a TV so that you can relax while the kid’s are napping. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear. You even have high speed internet access.

The MASTER BATHROOM has a beautiful granite sink with shower. And there’s a second bath as well.

The full KITCHEN area’s big enough to fix a meal but it doesn’t eat up all the space. You’ll love all the upgrades.

If you want to eat in and spend some family time there’s a roomy table.

The Washer/Dryer is easy to get to in the unit so you can keep everybody in clean clothes.

With this bedroom and the pull-out sleeper sofa you’ll comfortably sleep 4.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beautiful condo with easy beach access!

Edgewater is a great condo we have stayed at different rooms in other condo buildings and have also stayed in the villas. This was my favorite room we have stayed in by far. The easiest walk to the beach if you have young children.

Beach vacay

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location for my needs. I would stay again. My only complaint is it was smelly on the beach like dead fish and you can only enter property at the main gate. The directions I had took me to another entrance but only owners can enter there with a special pin.

Awesome!

We had a great vacation. The beach and weather was beautiful. Communication with everyone was mostly on point. The things that weren’t on my favorite list is where the master bedroom is located and that the mattress has a huge dip in the middle. We thought there were beach services but apparently that was a misconception/oversight on our part. We were told we would have gym access;however, when we went they still wanted to charge a fee. All in all, we had a gray file and it’s in a great location, the private beach was the best!

Good but worn

Good stuff: Easy check in process and was granted condo access earlier than published. View and location were awesome. Resort is nice and like staying there. This was our 3rd experience at this resort. Lots of good restaurants near by. Condo stocked with most things you would need for an easy experience and water pressure for showers was great. Just don’t shower when the washer is running. The remodeled bath is nice. Needs improvement: Brought a Nespresso and there was a huge puddle of old coffee under the condos coffee pot. Some utensils, cooking sheets and glasses were not clean. The living room furniture is worn and not comfortable for sitting. The pull out bed was extremely worn, noisy and difficult to sleep on due to bars across the platform. The older bath sink would hardly drain and the toilet seat is barely fastened so you had to be careful when sitting down.Sliding door is difficult to open/close onto the balcony.

2nd time staying here

This was our second time staying in this condo. First time was in 2023. Great location convenient to everything in Panama City! Really like the Edgewater resort. The kids loved going to the big pool and splash pad which was a quick walk through the buildings or a little walk down the beach. The Winward area was way less crowded on the beach and at the pool. Condo was nice and clean and had very quick beach access.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Had a great view and condo is in a gated community so there is a little more safety. Very short walk to the beach and the neighbors were all quiet and respectful. It was a great place for a family vacation, a little small for a child and an infant but very doable.

Great Stay

This was as a great place for my little family to stay! I was very skeptical because of some of the reviews but I am so glad we picked this place. 1st floor 30 steps to the beach with a great view on your balcony! This is one of the smaller buildings, which was good because that means less people on the beach in our area! Hope to stay here again next time we come!

Nice condo

The condo was just as described online. Fairly modern, well kept. Biggest asset was that it was less than 100 hundred steps from our room to the sand on the beach!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo on the beach

The condo was everything as described. Very clean upon arrival and it was even ready early! The inside was updated and decorated nicely. You are only a few steps away from the beach which is great and there are several pools to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heart beat.
