This beautiful condo is on the 18th floor of the Emerald Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It has one bedroom and two full bathrooms (the master bath has a Garden tub), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people (preferable up to 3 adults). The condo has tile floor and recently updated furniture and appliances, such as sofa bed & love set, refrigerator & dishwasher, microwave oven & washer/dryer combo, TV (55" at the living room), king-size mattress, outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor Adirondack chairs, Keurig-style coffer maker,.....

Annual girls trip

We had the best stay. Condo was true to pictures and listing. The owner gave the best instructions and checked in to make sure everything was good. Condo was with walking distance to everything we needed. We had 4 ladies that when on the trip and every bragged about the condo.

Great place for our family of 4!

My husband, son age 9, daughter age 7, and myself stayed here during spring break! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was central to everything. The condo was very clean and has all we needed. We want to come back again!!

Amazing view!

The location is perfect! Several great restaurants you can walk to. There is pizza, ice cream & a full service bar on the sky bridge with live music most nights. The beds were comfy. It was nice to have little things like basic spices and scissors!

Lovely condo with great views and walking distance to a lot

We enjoyed our stay, the owners were very responsive and very kind and helpful. I loved that so many restaurants and a few attractions were in walking distance. Traffic was extremely heavy at time, it was hard to get out on the road unless someone was kind enough to let you out, we opted to walk when we could. The views were amazing, it was quiet inside, we didn’t hear noises from our neighbors or people walking by. Beds were comfy and the we appreciated the little extras like seasonings, Aloe Vera, tin foil, more than one trash bag, etc.

Wonderful Vacation!

We loved the condo, plenty of space with modern amenities and FANTASTIC view! If we go back to Panama City Beach, we’ll definitely look for the same condo. The owner was VERY attentive and responded promptly to any questions we had before & during our stay. I highly recommend this property for fellow VRBO stays.

Beautiful View

Nice condo with a beautiful view. Communication with owner great. Fully stocked with everything you need. They are upgrading the elevators, they are now smooth and fast. All the staff was very nice, and they offered activities if you wanted to participate. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful week away. Beach was fabulous and loved sitting in the balcony listening to the waves. Watched dolphins and the manta rays playing in the waves. We spent hours bobbing in the ocean.

Spring Break Rental

Great condo and great host! The resort was lovely with heated pool and direct access to beach. Check in and check out process was easy and the host (Debbie) was great about responding and giving us information! Had beach chairs we could use and a balcony we watched the sunset on every night! Would recommend this place a hundred times over!

Beautiful get away

My family and I had an amazing time here. The views are just as pictured! We saw a dolphin one morning on the balcony. Beautiful location, within walking distance of many restaurants! The place was clean and hosts were very prompt on communications. The condominium had wonderful amenities that we all enjoyed as well. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Debbie was a perfect rental contact. Responded to all questions immediately and left nothing to wonder about! It was the cleanest beachfront stay we have ever had. We hauled our bikes down for Thunder Beach and had no hassle about parking Truck/Trailer and the bike! The view was great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely get this same room with the same contact on my next trip! Thank You for the great Anniversary and Bike Rally stay!!!!!

Perfect!

We stayed 5 nights in this condo and it was perfect! 2 adults and 3 kids ages 17, 11 and 8 and then my sister drove down for a few nights and we still had room. It is walking distance to Runaway Island, Sharkys, Alvin’s Island, Homemade Ice Cream shop. We didn’t have to get in our car but once all week. There’s even a little market across the street that has snacks, drinks, etc. Condo was so clean and had EVERYTHING you need down to the sand toys and beach chairs. We will definitely be back!!
