Explore the area with ease using the complimentary 4-seater Golf Cart or 4 adult bikes, or take a short walk to the deeded beach access. Inside, the home has been outfitted with new bedroom furniture and flat-screen TVs. The living room offers a serene spot for unwinding, adorned with expert decor and a generously sized flat-screen TV. The open-concept layout encompasses the dining and bar areas, ideal for meals or entertaining. The kitchen boasts all-new KitchenAid appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and an extra ice maker for your convenience. For outdoor enthusiasts, the screened-in porch offers plenty of seating and a new porch swing, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Enjoy the gas fire pit and grills for outdoor cooking. Included with your stay are a street legal golf cart and four bikes for exploring 30A. • Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Unit typically requires a Sat-Sat stay during peak seasons.
• Dogs under 25lbs are allowed and require a $350 pet fee. (2 dog maximum).

Loved Tennessee By the Sea
We just loved our stay. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! The bathrooms were freshly tiled, the decor was cute, and the appliances were top notch. We used the bikes to visit Seacrest and grab a snack. The walking distance to the beach was great! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Cozy home with easy beach access
The home was comfortable and we enjoy the neighborhood and beach access. Also very nice that the home came with bikes and a golf cart.
Only suggestion is to have a few basic kitchen supplies on hand such as salt and pepper and plastic wrap or foil.

Great experience
The home was well-equipped for our beach vacation. It was helpful having the golf cart, bikes, and all of the beach chairs that we used every day. The home was furnished well and the convenience of three bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as a family. Would definitely recommend!

We've tried a few different locations along 30A. We selected Tennessee by the Sea because it is not in the high traffic areas and the golf cart and bikes were a plus. We rode bikes to breakfast every morning and the golf cart helped get us, and our gear, to/from the beach every day. We will keep this one on our list for next year!!
The battery on the front door deadbolt stopped working on our third day and they sent someone over within an hour to replace the batteries. Very responsive, thanks!
