As soon as you walk in the door of #1505, you will notice the open floor plan. The kitchen is beautifully decorated with new lighting, wood cabinets, granite counters tops, and all the appliances you would expect in your own home including a new full size washer and dryer. The dining area will seat six comfortably and more at the counter.
The living area has an amazing view of the beach and opens to the balcony so you can smell the warm beach air and listen to the sounds of the water. Sport-watchers or movie-goers can sit back and take-in the scenes on the HD, 60-inch, flat screen, wall-mounted TV with surround-sound. If you must tend to business/work (though highly discouraged), connect to the wireless, high-speed internet, and use the living area’s desk equipped with a USB/laptop charging station and desktop lamp.
The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, top of the line mattress, and comfortable linens. There is a ceiling fan and a 47-inch, wall mounted TV with DVD player for additional comfort. Each bedside stand is equipped with a USB charging station for cell phones and laptops. This master suite also has a large sliding glass window for viewing the Gulf of Mexico and sliding door which opens to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and luxurious bath linens.
The guest room is accommodated with two queen size beds, top of the line mattresses, luxurious linens, bed side table with USB charging station for cell phones and laptops, and a 32-inch, flat screen, wall-mounted TV with DVD player. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and linens as well.
The balcony is among the largest in the area and is completely private. From here you can sit and relax, listen to the waves crashing, watch dolphins jumping, see birds flying, boaters sailing, and much more. You can also enjoy morning sunrises while sipping a cup of coffee, play some family board games during the day then sit back and enjoy the sunset over the beach.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
