This beautiful family-managed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront PENTHOUSE 25th floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. Beach towels are not provided with linens. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Beach towels are not provided with linens.

**SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE (March - October):
We offer a discounted $55 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.

Guests are responsible for the $50 parking fee per vehicle in addition to the quoted price.
