Relaxing Get-A-Way

We had a wonderful time. Condo was in a nice quiet location. The property and grounds were well maintained. However, I was pressured to purchase wristbands for my husband and I when we didn’t need them. We did not use any of the associations amenities; I we needed was the parking pass. Lesson learned. Owners condo was GREAT!!! We hope to stay there again. Owner was available and ready to help with OUR small snafu. Great location, convenient to everything. GSP always brought us through the back entrance, but I assume that was because the condo is closer to that entrance. So be specific if you want the main entrance which is where the beach access is located. Thanks

Quiet, convenient and good price

The place itself could have used a good deep cleaning but the beds were comfortable and it was convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were not friendly. We had our gate and door code upon arrival but did not have our actual unit # which the front office can't provide so had a delay waiting on Evolve to provide it. Also wish the owners would have turned the AC down since we were checking in that day... it was 86 degrees inside when we checked in and it took awhile for it to cool down since it was September in FL. Overall would not stay again but it was a cute unit & a great price.

Panama Beach 2021

The condo was clean and spacious! Short walk to the beach, very secure with gated community. The cons: not enough towels in bathrooms only 4 we had to take out trash before checkout, only 2 trash bags for a week stay, strip all the bedding. For the price we paid felt like we should not have to do this on vacation! Over all would stay here again just be more prepared next time.
