"This condo was absolutely awesome. Everything you needed! Very clean! The BEST fireworks from Schooners on New Years Eve! I will say you can not hear a thing being right next to Schooners! They had a band and we didn’t hear them at all. The grounds were very clean and decorated for the Holidays! We stayed 12/30th thru Jan 3rd. The owner was very kind! I will be back! "

"Room spotless & quiet"

"We initially had issues getting into the property with the assigned code. We were not able to get in the first night (we arrived late). The host Kathy however was able to get this fixed for us and because of the inconvenience refunded us the night plus fees. She was a fantastic host, very communicative. The property was just superb. We will be looking to stay again. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway. "

"The condo and grounds are beautiful. The guest bedroom with bunks is more suitable for young children. Our group was older and no one felt comfortable getting into the top bunk. The ladder was not stable. The floors appeared clean but on sock feet turned black on the bottom. We saw a roach in one of the kitchen drawers. One of the rocking chairs on the balcony broke and my sister fell backwards onto the floor. I don’t usually write many reviews but did want to express my feelings about a nasty citation from the HOA. When we arrived the parking passes were in the room with the wrong date. I wrote over the top with the correct date. The citation was for not including the year. It was very threatening and stated our car would be towed if we had another violation. That was petty and should have been handled differently! The only other complaint is no snacks at the pool. It’s our custom to have lunch there and maybe ice cream in the afternoon. They do have picnic tables nearby. "

"The place was amazing and exactly as described!! I’m a very picky person and hard to please when it comes to cleanliness and this place was perfect! Even More spacious than I had expected and the building itself was calm and easy to function in without being over crowded.. your also so close the the beach that you don’t even need a beach cart to haul your things!"

"This beach house was a perfect match for our large family vacation. With only a few steps from the back door to the beach, it suited our elderly as well as convenient for those with smaller children who needed to make frequent trips back to the house. It would be helpful if there were more larger cookware such as pots and skillets for large meals but we made do with what was available. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!"
