Unwind and relax in this 1 bedroom , 1 bath hideaway overlooking the gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views that can sleep up to 4. King size bed in bedroom. Brand new Sofa Sleeper and Love Seat. Beach access does not get much easier than this! Condo is on the fifth floor in one of the popular mid-rise buildings (B3-507). It is a one story unit so there are no stairs to deal with!

Cozy and clean surroundings with all new furniture to feel comfortable in. Complete with washer/dryer and all kitchen essentials for your convenience.

We love this area. Quiet area but convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beach is easy access and there’s plenty of other activities to keep you busy. Plan to return next year.

Winter get away

My husband and I loved our stay at pinnacle port. Beautiful condo and just a few steps from the beach. Had all the amenities that we enjoy-tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball and several pools. Plus the views are spectacular. Loved it and plan to come back next year.

Wonderful condo, steps from private beach. Two super close grocery stores and a short drive to Pier Park with its restaurants and movie theater. Great mattress and view. The owner Mike even responded in minutes to a text on Christmas Eve! Will definitely stay again.

The place was "just right" for our for visit to the area. Wish we could have seen sunsets from the balcony but that is only possible in the 'C' buildings and there are no 1 bedrooms there🤗. The bed was super comfy and the host was very helpful! We have it booked for next year already!!

Nice condo and good ownership communication

The week we stayed was very windy which messed up going to the beach and was a setback to our vacation in general, however the condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We found other things to do and look forward to future visits. Would certainly recommend this condo.

Will Definitely Be Back!

Loved everything about this condo. The location was absolutely perfect … being close enough to Panama City Beach to enjoy good restaurants and shopping, but far enough away not to be in the crowds. The condo was beautiful, steps from the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean right outside our balcony. We enjoyed taking advantage of the complex’s recreational facilities, including playing a couple of rounds of Pickle Ball on the tennis courts! The owner was very hands-on, checking on us even before we arrived. Everything needed for the week was provided, including nice beach chairs and umbrella. Typically we rent those, so that was a big cost savings for us👍. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. All we had to provide for ourselves was the few groceries needed for our stay. Thank you, Mike and Pat for making this an enjoyable trip…. we WILL be back!
