Beautiful beachfront condo-AMAZING Sunset Views! 2 FREE VIP beach chairs.

Our large Pelican Walk condo comes with two free beach chairs seasonally March thru October. The condo has 1650 square feet of indoor space and 300 sq feet of balcony. It has three large bedrooms and 2 full baths including a walk in shower and a tub/shower combo. The extra large corner balcony on the 8th floor has amazing sunset views year round without obstructions. The balcony is the favorite spot of many of our guests. Pelican Walk is beautifully landscaped with two pools, one is heated seasonally, and a hot tub. The complex is pet friendly (under 20#). We are located on the preferred quieter east end of PCB which is close to St. Andrews Park on Thomas Dr. We have many returning visitors each year and enjoy sharing our condo with our guests!

Amazing Beach Getaway

We loved everything about this beautiful condo! Each room was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach toys for us to use and a wonderful balcony for us to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Elevators were quick, parking was plentiful and the courts were nice.Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This is a very clean, spacious and well arranged property with an amazing balcony view of the Gulf. Comfy beds and all the amenities of a beachfront location. We so enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach getaway

Love this condo! Very nicely kept, fantastic balcony with amazing beach views to the south and west.I brought my parents (in their eighties) and my sons (college spring break) and we all had a wonderful “chill” time together.

My husband, mom, two small kids and myself stayed in this condo for Spring Break. It was beautiful. Easy access to all the amenties, clean, spacious, unparalleled views, just perfect for our getaway! The host was responsive and kind, our best visit to PCB so far!

Beautiful place

This has been our 4th stay at Linda’s condo and it never disappoints. Linda has always been a wonderful communicator and fantastic host. The views never cease to amaze me! They have lots of beach toys for littles and even a community beach/pool supply area which has been so nice. We love it here.

Incredible Wedding Location!

Everything about our stay in this well appointed condo was perfection! We are locals in our 50's and frequent the beach often so it was only natural that we have a beach wedding and what better place to do it than here! Everything was fresh, clean and well stocked. We are already looking forward to our next beach getaway here!

Great Condo with great Windows and a great Balcony. This condo was clean and well-equipped with all that you will need. WIFI was strong and the AC was cool. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was a bonus that we could bring our small dog. We will be back.

Best Condo in PCB

This is a beautiful, clean, and roomy condo. It has simply everything you need for your stay but food. The location is perfect as it is not on the busy/rowdy end of PCB. Parking is supper easy unlike cramped parking garages. The unit was pet friendly and the dog walking area was perfect. We have rented here two other times and I’m sure we will book for next years PCB trip.

Beautiful Property/Breathtaking View

This is our second year in a row of staying in Pelican Walk 808. My parents vacation with my husband & I, and due to declining health conditions my father is wheelchair bound so we have to be selective with shower/bathroom accessibility as well as overall condo accessibility. Linda’s property perfectly accommodates those needs! And the view of the Gulf… The gorgeous sunsets… I just can’t say enough positive things about the property!

Beautiful Place

We so enjoyed our vacation here. The location was perfect, with great places to visit and restaurants close. The condo was very nice and large enough for my family of 6. My 11 month old grandson loved the beach and the ocean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Linda, the owner went above and beyond. She is very quick to respond to any questions and request. Thank you for having the extra beach accessories. I do recommend booking this condo.

Perfection

This is by far the best condo we’ve ever booked in pcb! The balcony is huge with spectacular oceanfront views. The condo is clean, spacious, and fully furnished. There were lots of beach chairs, floats, etc. in the closet. There was plenty of hot water for showers. We were able to bring our fur baby, which was one of the main reasons we booked here :)

Perfect Family Unit

We had 6 adults and one 17 month old. Loved the balcony the most! Listening to the ocean and enjoying sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Very large bedrooms with comfortable beds, large open kitchen, dining and living room. I loved the fact the unit had a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend the unit to those who want to be comfortable and have privacy from the ground staying in unit.

Spectacular Views

Our stay was perfect we could not have asked for more. The layout of the condo was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The balcony was large that’s a plus. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. There was a bad storm one night and they checked in on how we were doing. Which was so nice of them. The condo has everything you would want for a beach stay. I recommend this rental to everyone and I hope we get a chance to stay there again in the future.

Great sunsets

The condo was clean with a well supplied kitchen. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions that we had. This property is located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach and is a welcome change from the far more crowded western end. The property is in the process of replacing the elavators and has only one working elevator until November. A bit of an issue on the weekend, but not much of a problem during the week. Book this condo if you like beautiful sunsets.
