Every corner of this spectacular home has been thoughtfully touched to offer the latest beach stay luxury - generous living area seating, new kitchen appliances and countertops, custom tiled baths, built-in bunk beds, all new furnishings, the list goes on. With four bedrooms and three baths, our property comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Spacious rooms on three floors allow guests to discover quiet places to relax and unwind. The living area offers comfy seating, a 55" HDTV and access to a wraparound porch with outdoor seating. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you will need to whip up a meal for the family, and there is a grill just outside on the back porch. Plenty of dining seating is provided at the family table and breakfast bar. Each bedroom offers a SmartTV and wifi is complimentary.

For your convenience, there is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and parking for the group. Tram service to the beach is complimentary. Bicycles are available for rent at the entrance of the neighborhood.

Seacrest is an easygoing beach neighborhood, and is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. With its laid back attitude and spectacular white sandy beach, Seacrest Beach is where old Florida charm meets today’s luxury. The 12,000 square foot tropical swimming pool is the place to be and offers chaise lounge seating where guests may relax all afternoon. When you are ready to explore the 30a area, spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. The inviting towns and communities located along 30A beckon vacationers to stop and visit. You’ll spot gourmet restaurants, unique boutiques, art galleries, ice cream parlors and sweet shops – just for starters. Golf carts are not allowed per the HOA.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
