This 12th floor, Gulf-front condo features a private balcony that is accessible via two sets of sliding glass doors. Sit outside and enjoy the relaxing, seaside atmosphere while listening to the sounds of the Gulf. Other features include a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, plus a comfortable living area and dining area. Guests of this vacation rental will also have access to a host of on-site resort amenities including shared pools, a fitness center, and gas grills.

Entertainment is also close by at Pier Park, just two miles away, featuring an array of local shops and restaurants. Fun for the entire family!

Home was nice

Stayed here before and it was and is always nice. This has nothing to do with the condo but the umbrella and seat people outside were not consist of putting numbers on the chair which made guest be rude each other. The umbrella and seat people seem more interested in playing with 4 wheeler and gettting high smoking pot.

Clean, nice condo with great views.

The condo was as expected. No big issues. The balcony door in the living room wouldn't lock because it was broken. That made me feel a little uncomfortable. Would stay again if it was available.

My only complaint was the ill equipped kitchen and the generic dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand soap. Who can cook with out oven mitts or hot pads? Pots and pans were old and cheap-no nonstick left!

Gone down hill

We have stayed at Sunrise for 15 years and in this unit a few times. This time it was in poor condition. The bed sunk in the middle, poorly supplied kitchen, a nasty used bandaid was stuck on patio furniture, the overall cleanliness was poor.

Location was perfect but...

Super cute condo on the beach BUT the front room with the bunkbed was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo at all times. I also don't feel like any extra special cleaning was done for COVID precautions either. I mean, the counters and table were both covered with cup rings from condensation on drinking glasses. There was also a weird smell coming from the refrigerator.
