Relax and Enjoy the Free Beach Service in this Ocean Reef 2 Bedroom Condo!

Enjoy this low floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Ocean Reef condo! Unit 703 has a great floor plan with gulf facing master bedroom and living room and includes 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, comfortable furnishings, and an oversized balcony for all to enjoy. The living room adjoins the balcony and includes sleeper sofa, and flat screen television. Upgrades include living area tile flooring with matching bar back-facing and kitchen backsplash, tiled shower enclosures with upgraded shower heads, and side by side washer dryer. Unit 703 provides awesome views of the beach, gulf, and pool/hot tub area. This 7th floor condo is perfectly situated, not too high and not too low, and is located in the middle of the walkway (away from the elevators) and provides unobscured north views via the guest bedroom window. Let the sunshine in!

It gets better still! Ocean Reef 703 includes free beach service which includes 2 chaise loungers and umbrella setup daily between March 1st and October 31st. Rent this one today!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Sprained knee vacation

Sprained knee, couldn't get to the beach, couldn't get in the water because of the passing hurricane but i didn't have to work. Good time until i had to pay$20. For each wrist band not returned thinking they were souvenirs like W.W.J.D. but thanks to Adam i only had to pay for 2 wrist bands. Great view great location good vibes 👌 stay blessed 🙏

Unit 703 was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was well furnished with all the things to make you feel at home. When we walked in the unit smelled so fresh and clean. The complex itself is easy to get around and within walking distance to so much. Greta’s Beach Rentals is awesome! We decided last minute to head to head to the beach for a few days and they were so good to deal with. I called and they answered with a friendly voice and had is booked in just a few minutes. We have used them before and will definitely use their service again.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef and would come back to this location again. Being on the 7th floor was convenient, especially if there are elevator issues or long lines. The condo was clean, spacious, and had the basic essentials. The pool was a decent size, but was closed a few times (short amount of time) due to weather. Location was amazing with putt putt, Amore donuts, an arcade, Alvins Island, a pizza place, and Runaway Island restaurant all in walking distance. Overall our stay was great and we would return to this condo and location again!

March 2017 Stay

My husband and I stayed in 703 and we loved the huge balcony overlooking the ocean. It had 2 padded loungers, a full table with 4 chairs, and a small table in the shade with 2 chairs. The master bedroom opens out to the ocean which is nice to hear all night while sleeping. All the furnishings were brand new and the decorations made the condo perfect. The kitchen had lots of super nice dishes and glasses. Lots of wine glasses! I would highly recommend this condo if you like staying where it's not too busy on the beach and you are not right in the middle of big crowds but you are within walking distance to attractions!

Ok visit

Ocean had two red flags all the vacation! That means you could not go in the surf! They were giving 500$ tickets! What a bummer to drive to the beach and can’t go in the surf the whole seven days! Yes they gave ticket’s although we didn’t get any we seen it! Even the ocean is owned by the county i guess. Oh yea you also need a license to fish in the ocean to. Everything has to be commercialized to make money!

Across the street is a small grocery store. Also a beach store for all your beach essentials. Are unit came with 2 beach chairs, then we rented 2 more chairs. So worth it!! July 2018 Stay

We loved Ocean Reef 703! Perfect view of the ocean. We’ve stayed on the 23rd floor in previous years, but the view on the 7th floor is so much more enjoyable in our opinions. The security is phenomenal, we felt safe our entire trip, even witnessed them stopping a couple of people from going up the elevators until they could verify they were guests of the Ocean Reef. Fortunately, we didn’t have any issues with our unit so we didn’t have to call Greta’s for assistance, but I felt confident knowing they were there for us if we ran into any issues. The grills were very convenient, and never overcrowded during our stay. The free beach service was one of our favorite parts of this unit, it was so refreshing to not have to carry so much stuff back and forth to the beach each day, and we had such a good experience with the beach service employee. We observed many dolphins throughout our stay right from our balcony. And we love walking across the street for breakfast at Amore’s Donuts! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a short walk out to the water (just a small stretch of natural grasses to go through) and I really liked that two beach loungers and an umbrella were included with the unit. The pools are both nice, but there are only 4 chairs for the indoor pool. I appreciated having assigned parking, but the parking garage was the smallest and funkiest that I have ever seen. Our minivan couldn’t make the turns in the garage without backing up. The cleaning service must turn & burn the units because ours was not very clean. There was sand all over the floors & dining room table and trash under the beds in the second bedroom. There was a lot of road noise in the evenings because people were cruising up and down Front Beach Road until the wee hours, so bring a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper! Overall, I would stay here again and I’d definitely book with Greta’s Beach Rentals again! They are super responsive (the cleaning service forgot to leave us kitchen towels & a kitchen washcloth, and Riley at Greta’s had them brought to us right away) and very nice. We had a great trip and the weather was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!
