Clan Room and wonderful staff. We met Shafkat when we arrived and he was so helpful. I also requested for an early check-in which \they were really helpful with. David reached out to us early enough to help with our plans. Great Stay and hotel is central to everything

Great location, good room service, nice staff

When we booked it was for two beds. When we got there we were in a tiny room one bed. Even though when we checked we were asked what we preferred and we said we had asked for two beds. We arrived at 9:30 am and had to wait all day to get our room. Once we were taken to our room it had one bed and looked like a broom closet. We were told there were no rooms with two beds unless we wanted to pay an additional £40 per night. We opted for the additional charge as we wanted the two beds. The original room they had us in you could barely move around as well. Not impressed.

The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.
