Everything we needed was in the room, nice gardens, didn't use the pool but it looked good. location was great, near to the entrance for the Tombs of the King's. Bus stop nearby to get to Coral Bay or to the Harbour. A few of the local bars and restaurants were closed due to the time of year.

Property was located in a great location. Easy walking distance to the big shopping mall and to the ruins in the area. Great wifi. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and eating.

When arrival drop off from mini bus, the owner met us in front the building , then told us some guests stay longer base on the War , so no room available on that moment. He help to find us another place for stay included transport. So far good services , only not good feeling WHY not inform us early .

The host was very good with answering all questions promptly, any issues we had got solved straight away, driver was absolutely lovely. Apartment is close to a Lidl and kings mall/fast food restaurants and the beach isn’t too far neither, overall would definitely go back again but would recommend a microwave.

The property is very well located, just few minutes walk from the tomb of the kings and old town. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The only small downside is the WIFI connection that is slow. Parking is available free oc charge

Good accommodation
Everything is as expected. The host is very friendly and helpful. The location is good, close to Tomb of the King and Venus Beach. You can reach a big supermarket - Lidl by 10min walk, which is very helpful during the stay there. One minor point is that the bathroom is a bit small and old. But generally speaking, it is a good place for your visit to Paphos.

Paphos adjacent by tomb of the kings
Perfect for small families. Nicos and Ritsa are great. Consider a car however buses are regular at 1.50 a pop.

Chasing the Sun in Paphos!
- The location was good - The Studio was big and located in a quiet area - The furniture and appliances are old. The boiler water was really...something that you do not even donate to the goodwill - TV-only Greek Channels-, A/C, WIFI very good - Cooking facilities but is unappealing. I did not even boiled water! - Free parking - Property has swimming pool, but I never used it - To stores and restaurants, you have to walk minimum two blocks. For super markets...much further! - The property is close to the King's Tombs ruins, within walking distance - To go to the beach, you need a car

Quiet area close to the Tombs of the Kings
Fairly clean and very basic apartment in a quiet area. Good parking possibilities on site. Apartment was in a fair condition, but the bed was very noisy, not possible to turn around or basically do anything without it squeaking fairly loud. Also the air condition was fairly noisy, but bearable, but at least the neighborhood was rather quiet. Fairly convenient location with restaurants and bars nearby and the Tombs of the Kings is just a short walk away. Also Lidl and a small mini market i fairly close by. Terrace was usable, a small but fair area was tiles - the rest was just mud and weed, so not exactly cozy. As the bed was noisy the sleep comfort was not great and not really a place we would recommend or stay again, would rather pay a little extra for more comfort. WiFi worked fairly well.

Comfortable and quiet for a long stay.
Very comfortable and spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Huge balcony. Good Wi-Fi. Very quiet area away from the bustle of the front but a comfortable walk into Paphos if you cut down to a very nice and easy beach boardwalk beside the sea which takes you to the harbour. Easy shopping at nearby Lidl a d very well eqipped kitchen.

Spacious Studio Apartment
Well situated apartment. We had to get the telephone number of the manager as there was nobody to meet us even though I had confirmed our arrival details 48 hours before, that said somebody did arrive within 2/3 minutes following our call. The only adverse comment about the property was that it had a very small fridge, about the size of the mini fridges you can buy in the UK for beer, this wasn't great with temperatures nearly 30 degrees. On our final day, as there were no new people coming in, we were very kindly advised that we could stay in our studio until 3pm rather than the normal check out time of 11am. Subsequently we arranged to go on a trip and were told that we could leave our cases in the cleaning cupboard even though this wasn't locked. We did this but had to take all our valuables with us as this was not a great arrangement.

Good value for money as a quiet budget apartment.
Clean and comfortable, disappointed that as a non serviced apartment we were not offered a change of bed linen during our 3 week stay. Nearest service bus stop is a 7 minute walk over waste ground, but buses to Paphos and Coral Bay are very regular.

Lovely self contained holiday apartment.
The holiday apartment owners were lovely. Once you know you can text or call them before you go, rest assured your mind can be put at ease. (There isn't a reception so it's vital you get in contact beforehand.) The apartment was just right, had everything that you needed in order to stay comfortably. I would definitely recommend it. If you're a keen walker it's ideal, but there are taxi ranks and a bus route if you don't like walking. Even in the less busier winter season there are enough bars and restaurants open.

Home from home.
I stayed three weeks in a studio apartment. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The facilities were so good it was like being at home. The weather was not good but the apartment was warm and bright, even in January. The locality was very quiet and there was no daily housekeeping, just like at home!

I stayed at Kings' Holiday Apartments for one month. It's a cosy place for longer holidays, too. I did not nead reception or cleaning. The room was well equiped with a micro and even a washmachine. The staf was very helpful. There was a Lidl near. And bus 615 took to the Old Harbour and to a wonderful beach. I recommed this hotel!

The apartment was clean and adequate, A mirror in the main bedroom would be an excellent addition. The location is good with a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, harbour about 30 minutes level walk away. Lidl just around the block.

Great location, great value!
Great location for different Paphos attractions, quiet, very close to the Tomb of the Kings and several restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away - we tried Piatsa (traditional), Karlina (traditional), Psarou (very good seafood), Devonshire (traditional even though it doesn't sound it!) and Joanna's (traditional) locally and they were all pretty good, not necessarily gourmet but tasty and good value. Nikos helpfully sent us a text message before we arrived as there is no reception. As we were self catering, Lidl was very handily only 5-10 minutes walk away too. We had a south facing balcony which got the sun until about 2pm. The apartment is about a 30-40 minute leisurely stroll from the harbour, just take a hat and plenty of suncream, the Kings Avenue Mall was a welcome halfway stop with air-con though! Alternatively the 615 bus stops are on the main road, just turn left out of the apartment complex and cut through to the main road (2-3 minutes), one way goes to the harbour and the other way ends at Corallia Beach (Coral Bay en-route) which was very nice with a fish tavern, plenty of sunbeds and facilities.

Apartment very near tomb of the kings
Quiet apartment, very clean, with all basic needs. Near main route to Coral beach one way or harbour the opposite. Bus frequent 1.5 euro a trip. Also about 15 mins walk uphill to old town and market. This is being renovated and pedestrianised. Coming together in Mouttalos is a local project teaching young people about their culture. And improvements are visible. Cypriot people wonderfully warm and friendly.

Clean and comfortable apartment on edge of Paphos
Location is perfect for buses - about 10 minute walk. 10 minute bus journey into Kato Paphos harbour and about 15 minute walk to new part if the city. Both have bus stations. 10 minute walk from Tombs of the Kings and some good restaurants. We recommend Karlina. Apartment is clean and well equipped with kitchenette including oven, fridge and washing machine. The apartment consists of one large room with bed, sofa, wardrobe, dressing table, dining table and kitchenette. Air con over the bed. Great little bathroom with powerful shower. Balcony overlooks some trees on the complex and in the distance you can see the town of Paphos. There is a small shared swimming pool for residents on the complex. We hardly saw the other guests so it was private and quiet day and night. Nikos and Ritsa made us feel very welcome, spoke perfect English and Nikos picked us up from the airport for €30 which made our arrival and check in smooth.

An ideal studio apartment close to town.
The questions asked by your review were not really fair. This studio apartment was not a hotel so the questions about hotel staff and hotel facilities are not applicable. The apartment was just what we wanted, close to town and total independence to come and go as we pleased. It had everything we required.

A Home Away From Home
The apartment is not a 'holiday complex' but a residential apartment block opposite a secondary school - Not quite what I was expecting but it turned out fine. Make sure you get directions and keep in contact with the owner when you arrive as there is only a very small sign and it's not obvious where you need to go! There is no reception but Nikos the owner is readily available if you call or message him, and he also checks in to make sure everything is ok several times during your stay. The location is great for exploring - Within walking distance of Tomb Of The Kings and there are 2 bus stops on the main street, a 10min walk behind the apartment which runs every 10mins to the harbour bus station and Coral Bay during peak hours. Also a Lidl supermarket within walking distance which is also on the bus route. The kitchen has all the basics that you need for cooking a meal, though did lack a microwave. A TV would be a nice addition but with a great internet connection wasn't truly necessary. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is no sound-proofing though so if you have noisy Greeks next door (I did on the last night!) it can seem like they are in the same room as you! As a cat lover I was thrilled to wake up to see cats sunbathing on the balcony from the next door apartment. Essentially this accommodation can be your base, home away from home as you explore Paphos and indeed the island as a whole.

Extremely nice and very clean apartment
Excellent family stay at this apartment with very friendly staff to meet and greet us on arrival and departure. Very clean throughout and lovely little swimming pool that the kids really enjoyed which made it even more relaxing for us!! We will definitely be returning to this apartment when we are next on this side of the island.

questa struttura situata in buona posizione periferica,vicino al sito archeologico tombe dei re e alla spiaggia venus beach(molto frequentata) offre ampi appartamenti ben arredati,forniti di tiutto ciò che può servire a trascorrere una piacevole vacanza,comodi posteggi e una piccola piscina. ambienti puliti e da pulire in quando essendo un'appartamento non si effettuano pulizie dopo l'arrivo. i proprietari si sono dimostrati moltro gentili,cordiali,disponibilipeerò poco attenti ai rumori provocati dallo strisciare delle sedie(si consiglia di munirle di feltrini antirumore)da radio ad alto volume e da chiacchericcio in balcone di ospiti nottambuli (anche sino alle 2 di notte ).io personalmente ho fatto presente di queste problematiche ai gestori che mi hanno garantito il loro intervento postumo,io però avrei preferito mangiori controlli preliminari specialmente nelle ore di riposo. in conclusione dopo giorni buoni e giorni cattivi finalmente è arrivato il giorno del mio rientro . mi domando se è giusto fare 3 ore e mezzo di volo spendere soldi per non trovare quella tranquillità/serenità che fortunatamente a casa mia c'è,

Zuerst möchte ich für einen wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken, wir waren absolut zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie hat sehr gute ruhige Lage, 10 Gehminuten von Venus beach, 10 Minuten von Lidl, etwa 3 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle, mit dem Bus kann man nach Coral Bay fahren (etwa 25 Minuten).

Centralt beliggende luksus lejlighed i Paphos
Vi blev opgraderet og fik en to værelses lejlighed med to badeværelser og en stor altan. Gå afstand fra Intercity bus stationen til King’s Holiday Apartments. Dejligt at kunne kokkerere selv og vi var så glade for stedet, så vi bestilte en ekstra overnatning.
