Comfort Suites Paradise Island

"There was a lot to like about this hotel. The location was extremely convenient to Atlantis, and the complimentary Atlantis passes are a huge benefit. The free breakfast was also very good and the food was tasty. Unfortunately, the service and upkeep were frustrating. During our four-day stay, we called the front desk five times and only had someone answer once. If you needed help in person, the wait could easily be 30 to 45 minutes. It also took three employees to help us get quarters for the washer and dryer, and one of the two dryers was out of service. The room was spacious but clearly needed maintenance. The toilet was permanently stained, there were cracks around the window seals, and the A/C struggled to get below 74 degrees. The shower faucet was pretty calcified. Our bathroom light began flashing one night and, even after housekeeping serviced the room the next day, it was not replaced until we went to the front desk. We are not high-maintenance travelers, but the accumulation of small issues became annoying. Still, if you want to enjoy Atlantis while saving money compared with the resort hotels, this is a solid option. The location, breakfast, and Atlantis access make it a good value. Just don’t expect everything to be perfect."

"Sarah is lovely and one of the best hosts I've had on vacation. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. It was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location to Atlantis in one direction and in the other direction you will find the beautiful Paradise Island Versailles gardens, and a perfect, quiet beach location that Sarah recommends - it was truly amazing and magical. We did not need a car. The villa had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (both beach and bath), comfortable beds, and an amazing air conditioner. Sarah is super responsive and very accommodating. We had a late flight and Sarah had a quick turn around, but she went above and beyond to help us - we greatly appreciated her amazing hospitality and highly recommend Sarah's villa. We can't wait to return one day!"
Harborside Resort & Vacation Rentals at Atlantis

"Harborside at Atlantis. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our only negative experience was check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait two hours before we were able to check in, which was disappointing after traveling. Aside from the delayed check-in, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall."

"Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The home was only steps away from a great pool and the most beautiful beach. The property was equipped with everything needed for a perfect day at the beach. Viola’s, the restaurant on site, was fabulous. John was a wonderful, responsive host. He was very quick to respond with any inquiries both before and during our stay. The trip was a 10/10 for our family of 5."

"Sunrise Beach Club is definitely the best option if one doesn't like staying in those mega hotels and prefers a more comfortable and non restricted accommodation and still right on a very nice beach. When we arrived the place was spotless and there was plenty of everything that we would need. I would also like to mention that the foam mattresses were very comfortable. Our host John made the experience even more pleasurable by responding immediately to any question we had and taking care of any need in minutes. I'm the kind of person who if not happy with something I'll abstain from writing a negative review, but I definitely believe that credit should be given when credit is due.Y.G."
