"We recently stayed at Harborside Resort Atlantis in a 1-Bedroom Premium Villa located in Building 3, and overall, we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to assist. Their friendliness truly stood out and made our stay feel special. The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. I did notice some mildew in the bathroom grout and brought it to the attention of housekeeping. To their credit, they responded promptly and had it cleaned the same day. Housekeeping actually came by multiple times during our stay — so often that I ended up declining a few visits and just requested fresh towels instead. Their attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Atlantis is massive, so come prepared to walk quite a bit — but the beautiful surroundings and amenities make it worth it. All in all, Harborside offered a great mix of comfort and convenience. A few minor issues, but nothing that wasn’t handled well. Would definitely stay again! "

"I loved staying at the coral. Our view was beautiful! You could see the ocean, pool, stingrays, and sea turtles from our room! Everything was very clean and the staff at the front desk, Shania, was so friendly and kind. The weather was beautiful too! Shake shack and Carmines were our favorite restaurants on site- the lasagna & cheesy garlic bread was amazing! "

"Fantastic unit for our stay! Owner was extremely helpful with anything we asked and responded quickly! The property is great and the beach access was AWESOME! There were maybe 4 other people near us on the beach at any one time, so so nice!! Would recommend this rental over and over! Also…don’t listen to the poor reviews of Violas, food was very good and service was top notch!"

"The rooms were very clean and had loads of natural light. The blackout curtains really kept out the morning light. The bar was accessible and well stocked. The buffet was good during all meals, but watch out for the random application of cinnamon. Chick Charlies had great snack food and as a Buffalonian, the wings were great! The steak restaurant was really nice and I wish we'd have taken advantage of the non-buffet places more. The staff was by far the most friendly and helpful that my wife and I had met so far. To say we felt pampered would be an understatement. We are already making plans to return next year. Definately worth the price."

"This was one of the best places i ever stayed. Housekeeping came daily and did a terrific job. This place has thought of everything a guest could ever need. Only small downside was bathroom missing hooks for towels and shower curtain a little moldy/ tub fixtures needed to be replaced. These are small nitpicky things because overall this place was fantastic!"

"Atlantis is overall a beautiful resort. So much to do and it is so clean. I was amazed on how clean this whole resort is, the pools and the beaches are amazing. The staff everywhere is friendly and definitely feel safe because security is everywhere and they will stop and ask you to see your room key or wrist band to make sure you are not some random stranger entering their property. The reef property was fun and more family friendly. We loved our stay there and will definitely be coming back in the near future! "
