"Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful views, the buffets and restaurants were very good and most of the staff was helpful. It was easy to book excursions and the spa inside the hotel.The massage was good but average, like most resorts. Only four stars because the staff at the outside bar was rude every time we went and always arguing amongst themselves. Our neighboring room smoked weed all night making the smell overwhelming at times, we didn't complain but the staff had to smell it and it continued anyway. There is also a speaker alarm in all the rooms that woke us up three times one night and twice another, not sure if it was someone smoking in the room but not pleasant to be taken up to, we thought there was an evacuation and the staff had no explanation. Despite the small issues we will go back and would recommend to others."
The Cove at Atlantis

"Atlantis has always been a fantastic place for me, and this trip was no exception. I had an amazing time, but there were a few minor inconveniences. First, the old cabana’s pool was unavailable, which I had known about beforehand as they informed us and I believe gave a discount so I cannot fault them for that. Second, and really my only main issue was I booked a room at the Cove specifically because it’s adults-only, and I came to relax. Unfortunately, there was a child/infant in the room next to me or across the hall who cried the entire time. I can handle a little bit, but not when I’m staying at a property that’s supposed to be designed to avoid situations like those and this was not one or twice. It was daily at an insane volume. Despite these small issues, the staff at Atlantis was incredible. They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and hassle-free. I’m already looking forward to returning and hopefully seeing the new pool when it’s finished."

"Harborside at Atlantis. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our only negative experience was check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait two hours before we were able to check in, which was disappointing after traveling. Aside from the delayed check-in, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall."
