"Close and convenient to park entrance. Cleaning wasnt great but manageable. Handicapped parking was far from room if available at all"

"The beds were so comfortable clean and the room always had a fresh scent. I’m picky about hotel shampoos and these smelled really good, the staff was always on top of assisting without being asked. There is a lot of close nice restaurants, there’s a beautiful amazing authentic french bakery right down the walkway less than two minutes away. The other dining options were only about 5-15 minute walk as well as Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Location of this hotel is perfect for everything."

"Check in was great. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Shower needed a refresh and the noise in the hall could be heard in the room. The lobby is beautiful and amenities are all good."
