The property is very old but maintained ok. Room service can be better. In my 8 days stay except for a few days I had to request room service. Otherwise they wouldn’t do it.

Everything was great with the exception of staff not explaining details. Maybe they believe you have stayed there before and know all the ins and outs. Do not assume anything. Ask the dumb questions like “the $150 credit I have is that because there is a $150 hold on my credit card or this is a credit the hotel is giving me to spend?”

Everything was just wonderful. Instant hot water in sinks and shower. Plenty of space in bathroom for toiletries etc. Staff were all very friendly. Security was top notch and present.

Room wasn’t clean, very hard to feel comfortable there. There was food stuck to the table, floor very dirty , hair’s in the tub. The check in was great , staff very friendly. We ate at the buffet and that was about a 1 .
