We loved our stay at El Colonial. The check-in was relaxed and flawless and we were greeted with a drink. The balcony with outside tub and shower and a generous seating area was our favorite part of our stay and we loved being on the fourth floor because of the view of Old San Juan. The staff was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Free coffee, water, wine, beer and rum for the final win. Lovely and in a walkable and great area.

"The only wrong thing was the towels they don’t want to put it in the room new ones for two days and when i asking the housekeeper she told me no we don’t have and at the end y offered me pnly two and we were 3 adults and one kids But the other way everything was wonderful"
