"Stayed for two nights. We had a lovely clean room with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival and the hotel was perfectly placed to walk into the tourist centre of Milan in about ten minutes. It was everything we needed from a hotel for a lovely weekend away and I’d happily recommend to others. "

"The rooms are well maintained and clean. The room was specious as per European standards. It’s close to Duomo, so very walkable to food areas and galleries. Since it’s in the main area, it can be little noisy at night. The tram just goes outside the hotel. Overall was pretty nice."

"My top priority in a hotel is a quiet night's sleep. Rooms 421 and 423 face the inner courtyard with no guest rooms on the other side. We arrived exhausted and slept late the next morning with no disturbance. The pillows weren't great (flat down or lumpy synthetic), but the bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. We didn't eat there as it seemed overpriced. It was nice to have all our luggage taken straight to the room and then stored while we toured."

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "
