Love the location to the subway - which helped when arriving from the airport - and walking distance to the Duomo. The amenities were great, especially when traveling with family - ability to do your laundry as you start a long trip helps tremendously!

Very convenient location to the Duomo and restaurants. The room is spacious and modern with a compact kitchen, and a good surprise a washer in the suite to do laundry!

Overall, it was a great stay. The apartment was clean and conveniently located, with easy access to most of the popular attractions and sightseeing spots. Good air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The only downside was the excessive noise from the guests in the apartment above. There was constant thumping throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a good night's rest during my entire stay.

Nice apartment with everything you need and a convenient location — about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo/Catedral. The place is comfortable and well equipped. One problem: the AC didn’t cool and only produced heat — an issue I’ve often encountered in Europe. If cooling is important, double-check with the host beforehand

Bathroom shower flooded the whole room as the drain was blocked. Called admin and for cleaning were charging. Told them it’s not our fault as drain is blocked. Did not charge me eventually. Also the cooling was not working at all. Called them with almost no improvement in cooling. The location is good near the station. But the fact that cleaning is only done once every 7 days and pretty bad air conditioner, would recommend other places.

Location is perfect. Very central and easily accessible. We opted for the larger room with a separate living section which was very nice. The shower pressure and water is excellent but there is no hand soap nor body soap so make sure to bring. Shower does have shampoo and conditioner. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the King Size bed a big plus. Mattress is medium firm. Linens are nice but don’t stay here if you expect high cotton count or silk 😜 Comes with a mini kitchen (cooktop, sink, microwave and nice size fridge) Unfortunately then other reviews regarding lack of A/C is true. Day 2 we learned to completely close metal blinds during the day to preserve room temperature as good as possible but the only true cool air is the one late at night from open doors which worked but not ideal. Overall we were happy with our choice and would consider coming back 😊

The room was clean and enough space, the only complaint is they don’t offered any drinking water neither free or to be purchased so make sure you bring your own. They offer lockers for luggage when arriving early so that’s a plus. They locked us our second night bc of some mistake in their part but once cleared we were okay again. I will stay here again.
