"A lovely stay. Very nice superior room with great views and exposed beams, Excellent staff, polite, cheerful and attentive and superb food, compliments to the chef . A few minor problems with the room ie surfaces and appliances dusty, broken blind, torn lampshade etc, could do with a small fridge to keep milk and water cool, also a little suprised that there was no door on the bathroom/toilet area, open to the bedroom. Needless to say it didn’t detract from a most enjoyable stay."

"We had a brilliant stay at Broomy Cottage. The house and garden are very spacious and calm in feeling. Me and my family stayed there around the time of my wedding and it provided a place of real calm. So glad we stayed there!"

"We were a group of 9, family and friends, who gathered from the U.S. to enjoy the Goodwood Festival of Speed. This property could not have been more perfect! The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, the kitchens are well equipped and the common areas were comfortable, well designed and welcomed easy gatherings. The courtyard is beautiful and made us feel like we were in Provence! The views of the sunset and South Downs from the front are amazing. Our hosts connected us with Chef Elia who prepared two fantastic dinners onsite, making the overall experience just that much better. We would highly recommend."

"Lovely quirky old cottage right in the hub of Pulborough so very handy for all the amenities. We were staying there for a weekend for a family wedding so we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the cottage itself. We had our daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren staying with us so we had to keep a close eye on the 22 month old with the open staircase - but at least there were enough of us to do so!"

"Myself and colleague had a wonderful stay at the lodge for 12 nights.Incredibly comfortable and very well equipped. Patrick and Sue are incredibly helpful and kind and live in the main house opposite but were very respectful of privacy and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for a short or longer stay. I will be back."
