Staff were excellent. Room showed signs of wear - cracked ipad screen, loose plug socket by bed. TV service was not great. Intermittent signal and 4 days with only 1 or 2 channels. Location great. Excellent coffee. A glass in the room would have been good

The location is fantastic, very convenient to go anywhere, metro or RER. The staff are very friendly, room clean and big enough for family. The most impressive part is that each floor has a water filtering mechanism so we can get water to drink. The restaurant downstairs is very good too. I will ...
