Nice hotel. Welcoming and helping staff. I allowed to clean my room only once ,because cleaning lady threw out my slippers for no reason,I couldn't find them after the cleaningm Since that I was afraid to let her clean my room.

Le Petit Beaumarchais Hotel & Spa
Spa was lovely. Staff was very helpful as I stayed here due a cancelled flight. I even got into the spa last minute due a cancellation. The room was perfect and quiet. A view of the entire city from the bed was a cherry on top.

Grand Hotel Nouvel Opera
The staff were indifferent to any concerns we had. The room was small and hot and we were told the air conditioning will not be turned on till May 10th, basing our comfort on a date rather than the actual weather conditions.
