  • Ideally located, very pleasant and comfortable apartment of 35 m2. It consists of an entrance, an equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet.

    The building is secure (entrance digicode + intercom) and close to many means of transport (vélib' station, metros (6, 8 and 10) and bus lines nearby).

    Above all, it is located near the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower allowing unforgettable walks both during the day and in the evening. The district is animated by many restaurants and shops which make it one of the most pleasant in all of Paris.
