Our apartment is located in the heart of Paris, the Saint Michel district on the left bank of the Seine, and borders the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain des Prés neighbourhood.



Rare in Paris, it is equipped with an air conditioning system which makes it very pleasantly cool, even at the height of summer.

Air conditioning is available only from mid-March to mid-September.



As soon as you enter the space, the beige and grey tones of the living room will instantly immerse you in an atmosphere imbued with calm and serenity, in total contrast with the hustle and bustle of Parisian life.



Thanks to our large smart TV, you will love rediscovering your favourite series.



Our rooms are furnished with elegance and taste. We have chosen excellent quality bedding, as well as our bath towels and all household linen.



In the American kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishwasher, that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.



You will be staying in the heart of the Saint Michel district



This neighbourhood offers a perspective on different historical sites: Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, the Palace of Justice and the Louvre Museum. You can also easily reach Saint Séverin Church in the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain Abbey in Saint Germain des Prés.



You will arrive in a few seconds at the banks of the Seine and its famous booksellers who contribute to the charm of the Seine's banks while constituting a literary and historical heritage.

We offer you access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm, for 20 euros for 2 hours.
