Welcome to my apartment! My modern and bright 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the heart of Le Marais, the centre of the French capital!

The Space:
Welcome to this 40m2 bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.

This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and two cozy and quiet bedrooms, ideal for families! The apartment is accessed via an interior garden, away from the busy Parisian streets, an oasis by the city centre.

The unit has a capacity for up to 4 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

- The apartment is accessed via a very nice and quiet interior GARDEN (this is shared with the owners of the building).
- Living room with an open layout to a small but well equipped kitchen

Located in the trendy Le Marais neighborhood, which is considered as one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. Le Marais is home to a number of interesting museums, such as Picasso National Museum, Le Centre Pompidou, Musée Carnavalet, Musée des Archives Nationales, among others. Place des Vosges, the oldest and considered most beautifully built square in Paris, is a mere 500m away. Walking distance to the two islands of Paris: Île de la Cité, where Notre-Dame Cathedral and Sainte-Chapelle are located and Île Saint-Louis. Very accessible as it is close to four Metro stations: Sully-Morland (230m), Saint-Paul (350m), Pont-Marie (450m), and Bastille (550m).

- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a
deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
