Paris Trip

Really great location for accessing all the parties sights. It is next to a bar, so a polite noisy at night. No AC. A little cluttery, but really nice got to work with. The location is just minutes from 2 metro stops and the montemarte basilica which is fabulous. Lots of restaurants nearby.

two weeks in Paris

The property was conveniently located and the neighbor hood was very active. Although a bar was located next door, the apartment was quiet. Jean was a most gracious host and was helpful in helping us to adjust. the apt could have been better prepared, ie, the refrigerator had a bad odor we could not detect and availability of clean sheets could have been better. Our two week stay was better than adequate and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Location, location, location!

Jean Christian's place was perfect for my daughter and I to really get to know the Montmartre! Mere blocks from Abbesses (oh, the stairs!) and Sacre Couer, we would stretch our legs in the morning and get breakfast croissants and coffee at the local bakery while we planned our day. Obviously an artist, JC's home was full of little nuances that really added to the experience. He was very attentive to our minor issues. We highly recommend this charming place.

Jean-Christian est fort sympathique et répond rapidement aux demandes. Le quartier est parfait avec toutes les commodités à portée de main: stations de métro, épicerie, resto, boutiques etc. Le problème malheureusement c'est l'appartement. Très sombre, très encombré, pas très propre, il ne peut convenir aux personnes qui préfèrent un environnement minimaliste.

Nous avons bien aimé l’appartement. Très bien situé, au bas de la butte Montmartre, on avait accès à distance de marche à des stations de métro, des commerces, des musées et des théâtres. Le quartier est grouillant, mais notre rue, piétonnière, était tranquille. L’appartement était quant à lui convenable, le lit, confortable, la décoration dénotait un fort goût des arts et du design de la part du propriétaire. Seul bémol, car il en faut toujours un, l’appartement aurait pu être désencombré pour offrir plus de place sur les meubles (bahut, comptoir de salle de bain, table de salle à manger) pour déposer nos choses.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Jean-Christian. Très bien situé, à deux pas de l'animation de la rue des Abesses et du Sacré Coeur, cet appartement est étonnament calme. Nous y avons très bien dormi.

Stornierung möglich, dadurch dass der Vermieter uns rausgeschmissen hat

Leider konnten wir die Unterkunft nicht beziehen. Sie war für 10 Tage gebucht. Die Anreise und das Finden der Unterkunft hat Problemlos geklappt. Vor Ort mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Unterkunft nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Die Bilder und die Wohnung sind identisch. Was nicht identisch war, war die Sauberkeit. Die Bilder auf der Webseite zeigen die ‚cleanen‘ Ecken der Wohnung. Vielleicht ist es nur eine persönliche Meinung, dass wir kein Urlaub in einer Wohnung machen können, indem zu sehen ist, dass der Vermieter dort wohnt und vor wenigen Sekunden noch sein Frühstück inklusive Frühstücksei und Tee zu sich genommen hat. Die Komoden, Schränke und Nachttische sind überseht mit privaten Gegenständen; wie Kleingeld, Bilder, Haarspangen, Notizen und Zeitschriften. Die Küche sowie die Küchenschränke waren nicht abgewischt. Wie oben genannt, waren Töpfe, ein benutztes Teesieb und Eierschalen auf der Küchenzeile. Die Toilette und das Badezimmer wies auch diverse private Gegenstände auf. Die Toilette war für meine Verhältnisse nicht sauber. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer befleckten Matratze, abgedeckten Schränken wo private Sachen versteckten, ausgestattet. Wir haben unser bestes gegeben um mit unserem Englisch zu verstehen zu geben, dass wir uns nicht wohlfühlen und die Wohnung nicht ‚clean‘ ist. Durch eine FeWo Mitarbeiterin wussten wir dann auch, dass eine Stornierung no hat möglich ist, wenn die Unterkunft ‚nur‘ dreckig ist.
