Suite Loft XV is a 150 m2 apartment on the first floor of a building with elevator. Designed as a 3-storey house to comfortably accommodate 12 guests on the first floor, 1st floor and R-1, every detail has been thought out to offer an unparalleled living experience, combining design and comfort.

The Loft XV suite is arranged as follows:

- First floor:

Large, inviting designer lounge with TV and dining table
Second living room with table football
Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
Cosy master bedroom with double bed
1 bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
2 separate WCs

- Second floor:

Elegant bedroom 2 with queen-size bed, double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and WC

- Ground floor -1:
Charming bedroom 3 with king-size bed and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bath and WC
Bedroom 4 with king-size bed and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 11pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 11 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in the Saint-Lambert district of Paris' 15th arrondissement, our apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, with numerous shops, restaurants and attractions.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be right on the doorstep of Paris' must-see sites, including Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
