Welcome to our peaceful Paris home, tucked away in the lovely 6th arrondissement—right in the heart of the city. Our 100m², 3-bedroom flat has been recently renovated and is just a short walk from Le Bon Marché and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It's a neighborhood we love, full of great wine bars, small independent shops, and a local market three times a week. The apartment is bright and spacious, with wooden floors, a comfortable kitchen, two walk-in showers, large beds, two cozy living areas, and views over the inner courtyard and garden. Getting around is easy with three metro lines just a few minutes away. You'll be within walking distance of many of our favorite spots: the Luxembourg Gardens, the Louvre, Rodin and Orsay Museums (about 1.3 km), Sainte-Chapelle (1.7 km), and the Musée de l'Orangerie (2.5 km). We’re new to hosting on this platform, but the apartment has a 5-star rating and is among the top 5% of listings on another well-known site. We’ll do our best to make sure you have a great stay and feel right at home.

Antonin is a wonderful host and the flat is absolutely lovely. The flat is well situated in the 6th arrondissement in a lovely neighborhood that is convenient for walking to many sites and the Metro for others. The flat itself is very comfortable in a charming setting. Antonin is a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris - we would choose to stay here again the next time we visit.
I came to Paris for a long weekend with four girlfriends. This property was in a great location - walking distance from cafes, restaurants, the market and other Parisian sites. The apartment was clean and came with all needed amenities. The hosts accommodated our early check in, were very responsive when we had questions and a minor issue related to hot water that was resolved quickly, and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. My only feedback is that the property is listed as having a king bed and two queen beds, which would have perfectly accommodated our group of five adults. However, the two queen beds were smaller (I have queen beds at home and these were definitely smaller) and not able to accommodate two adults. So, one of our friends slept on the couch during our stay. Overall, a highly recommended property with lovely hosts!
The flat was super clean, bright and airy with windows on all sides, which makes it feel more spacious. We particularly love that the windows have views of trees at the French 1st floor level, and there’s a small lounge area outside the bedrooms, in addition to the living room. Charming cheery interior decor with easy-to-use modern appliances in the kitchen . We appreciate the available adapters for our North American electronics. The location is safe and not touristy, yet close to tourist sites. The tempo of the neighborhood is relaxed and the feel authentically Parisian. We love the friendly and diverse restaurants that are literally down the street. The wonderful gourmet market, Le Grand Epicerie is an easy 5 minutes’ walk; fresh organic fruits and vegetables stores are just around the corner. There’s even an open-air market twice a week just down the street. The location cannot be beat! J’adore!Not a deal breaker but…the flat is a 1-flight walk up (no elevator) but the stairs are wider; 2 of the 3 BR have a Full-sized (smaller than queen) bed in each, which may be too small for 2 adults to share; the main bedroom’s bathroom sink has a nice-but-too-long-faucet-for-the-small-sink which makes it tricky to prevent water from escaping every where. Our host Antonin was responsive, informative and so helpful. We appreciate the welcome treats and starter beverages. Although we didn’t have a chance to meet, our correspondence showed that he was a perfect gentleman.
