Halfway between the Marais, Beaubourg, rue Montorgueil and Place des Victoires, you are surrounded by trendy cafés and restaurants. It's the ideal place for a successful stay with family or friends.

Great Location, secure apartment

The pictures were accurate and the location was wonderful. We were within walking distance of the Louvre, great cafes, shopping, and a market across the street. We had issues with the wifi and the owner was very responsive . I would stay here again.

Christmas in Paris

We had a wonderful stay and property was just as advertised. The flat provided lots of welcoming space for our family to spend time together including mealtime. Easy walking to everything you need as well as multiple Metro stops minutes away. It provided a great home base for our 10 day adventure in Paris over the holidays!

Our family of 7 including 4 teenagers had the very best stay. It was new, clean and so close to the Metro that allowed us to tour the city very easily. There was someone to meet us at check in and they were always quick to answer every question. They even helped us set up a private driver to and from the airport and for an additional fee we were able to check in early. We would stay here again.

Lovely apartment in Paris

My family and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights after flying into Paris. It was very clean and new, the beds were really comfortable and the air con was a plus! The kitchen was minimally stocked for only very basic cooking - but the neighborhood had endless cafes, bistros, markets, etc. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment for a large group

Very large and clean with modern appliances. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works very well. Showers are modern with good water temperature and pressure. Very large table to eat at that seats at least 8 people. WiFi worked well. A bit of confusion with check in and check out, but the issue was resolved quickly. Good location, as others have said with a small grocery store just across the street. We had a very nice stay! Would recommend for large families or groups.

Fantastic Apartment

This large apartment truly met the needs of our 8 family members. Basically, 3 bedrooms with the living room switched into a 4th bedroom at night. I didn’t know there were only 2 toilets in the entire apartment. The 3 showers worked well. And the kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc. We loved the newness and clean beauty of this apartment. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the smart tv!

Nice clean apartment convenient to metro

Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Beds are quite firm, but this seems to be normal in France. Air conditioning works extremely well combination washer and dryer so take that into account, it will take 3+ hours to do a cycle right across the street and a block away from the metro station. Felt quite safe. One thing to be aware of there is not a lot of natural light in the living areas although each bedroom has a window. There is only one small window into the kitchen/dining/living room.

Amazing apartment - beautiful, clean, felt luxurious

The apartment was lovely -- beautifully decorated and newly renovated. It felt luxurious. The space layout made good sense. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again the next time we are in Paris. The location is great -- very close to amenities in Le Marais and to the metro stop. We had just a bit of trouble figuring out which door was the right one to open when we got there -- for future users, go through the front doors, walk all the way down the hallway until you see a flight of stairs at the very end of the hallway. Climb those stairs for one flight and it is the only door on that first landing. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Paris at it's best

Excellent location. Beds very comfortable, soft fluffy towels, large master with private full bathroom with 2 other double bedrooms with showers and a separate toilet down the hall by the front door (1 full master bed/bath, 2 beds with shower and sink and 1 separate toiler. Kitchen well stocked. nice living room space with TV and a nice size dining table. A little confusion when trying to access the apartment as there were three mailboxes out of 60 with the same name and our lockbox was in the furthest away from the front door, but a phone call solved it. Also the key has an electronic tag to open the second door rather than using a code, just swipe the tag over the key pad. It's probably a 40 yard walk to the end of the ground floor corridor and a few steps to climb on the right at the very end, with the apartment door right in front of you at the top of the short staircase. Johanna was quick to resolve the issues with entry. There are excellent bakeries across the street to the right and a sandwich and cake store next door on the left as you exit with a nice small wine selection and the owner speaks excellent English. Also a small super market opposite and ten yards to the right. It's close to the metra and felt very safe there. The apartment is very quiet as it is at the end of the long building. We loved it and would go back again.

The apartment is lovely and has been recently renovated. Old beams have been saved as rooms were enlarged and modernized. Floors are wood and bathrooms are marble. Photos on the website are accurate. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower, double sinks, and toilet. The other two bedrooms have marble showers and a sink. One has a king size bed, and the other is queen size. There is a marble toilet in the hall for those bedrooms. Several couches are in the living room area. We did not need them for pull-out beds. The kitchen has built in appliances. There are more dishes and glasses and pots and pans than one could need. Furnishing are excellent. The Metro is only three to four minutes away, so getting anywhere is easy. There is a restaurant and a supermarket directly across the street and a boulangerie a few steps away. Their “Tradition” baguettes are wonderful as are their croissants. Both are just out of the oven in the morning, The “tradition” baguettes are slightly more expensive but definitely worth it. My granddaughter and I ate a whole one with butter one morning. Many restaurants are nearby. There was a minor glitch our last day when one of the electronic doors to access the hall to the apartment wouldn’t accept the code to enter. We were let in by friendly neighbors. This was a building problem and not the rental agent’s. I am sure it will be quickly fixed. In summary, an excellent stay at a charming apartment.

This was the perfect location and space for myself, husband two adult kids and significant others. We all had our own space with plenty of room to gather. AC was a HUGE plus and there are sooo many great cafes near by. Would highly recommend.

If you have any mobility issues be advised there is a rickety staircase. First floor actually means second in France. Host expected us to know this yet listing never mentions any stairs etc. Vrbo should be better about this. Decent location though nothing impressive nearby, had to taxi to everything. Greeter was late, had wrong key and knew nothing about the place.
