Tres bien

Nous n'avons pas logé dans l'appartement de l'annonce car il y a eu un problème technique avant notre arrivée mais le propriétaire nous a trouvé un autre logement dans le même quartier qui était très bien.Le quartier est idéal situé, très calme. Et l'appartement était super.Le seul bémol est le manque de communication du propriétaire et au dernier moment qui peut ajouter du stress lorsquon voyage avec des enfants en bas âge.

In the Opera District

Erik's Apartment is in the Opera district midway between the Opera Hall and the base of Montmartre. It is a 5 minute walk from the Cadet metro stop. It is clean, safe and in a great location.

Un petit coin de tranquilité en plein Paris

Le logement se situe dans une cour verdoyante et sécurisée au sein d'un quartier calme en plein coeur de Paris.Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits avec nos enfants de 6 et 7 ans demi.L'espace est largement suffisant pour 4 personnes.Il serait plus confortable cependant de disposer de 4 chaises et de plus de vaisselles et d'ustensiles de cuisine.La communication avec le propriétaire est facile, il est très réactif aux messages envoyés.Merci encore, nous recommandons ce logement et n'hésiterons pas a le relouer pour un prochain séjour parisien.

Excellent spot to explore Paris from

This apartment is even better than it appears in the pictures. Stylishly refurbished and with a lovely outdoors area, it is a peaceful bolthole in a lovely area of Paris. It is close to the major attraction and the neighbour feels friendly, safe and fun.
