## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.

J’ai été surprise de faire mon règlement via un mail et un lien à suivre. L’intitulé du mail et l’émetteur n’étaient pas connus. J’ai été très méfiante car il y a beaucoup de mails frauduleux qui circulent. Il a fallu que j’émette plusieurs appels afin de vérifier la conformité du mail et du lien pour faire mon règlement.De plus, j’ai du régler une caution de 250 également via un lien. Je passe par le site Abritel pour éviter ce genre de démarches avec les agences immobilières Ceci est très contraignant Donc je ne suis pas vraiment satisfaite

Séjour en famille sur Paris(2 adultes, 2 enfants 4 et 5ans). Appartement idéalement situé face a la bouche de métro Lamarck, à côté d’une excellente boulangerie, d’une supérette , d’un bar restaurant, et à 5min du sacré cœur. Bilan : super séjour. Point fort : situation , taille de l’appartement pour une famille, équipement ( tv, wifi, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, étendoir, linge fourni, chauffage puissant, grand frigo, ménage compris ) Point à améliorer : propreté générale (toile d’araignée, recoins de l’appartement, casseroles et vaisselles tachées ) , qualité du matelas du canapé lit(ultra fin et inconfortable) , lampe secondaire manquante( une seule dans l’appartement dans la chambre ) , équipement de cuisine manquant (passoire à pâte, couteau , )
