    Incredible Triplex apartment with terrace, modern, stylish and fully equipped, with a cinema room. Ideally located, in a sublime building in the heart of the Marais district, 12 minutes from the town hall, and a few steps from the famous Place des Vosges. Trendy place, and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many bars, restaurants, and very trendy fashion boutiques in the capital. My accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting from Johanna and Michael for five nights. The apartment was exactly as described and as presented by video. The location is great---very nice, quiet neighborhood with nice cafes, shopping and a fantastic wine bar across the street. Highly recommended!

First, the location is among the best I've experienced in many visits to Paris. Quiet street in the heart of the Marais with a wonderfully charmingly wine bar and cafe directly across the street with great staff and a cute dog.The apartment itself had some oddities. Like most Paris buildings there is negligible climate control for hot weather. Leaving the windows open all day was essential despite lack of screens and full length windows opening directly to a shared patio. We felt secure, but this was a necessary leap of faith given the extraordinary heat. The layout was quite strange. Despite the listing, there are only two toilets (one in a tiny separate room) and three showers (two en suite, the other in a traditional bathroom). For such a large space, there was almost no place to hang or store clothing. Finally, the sub basement level is a trip, with some very distinctive features. Although it was somewhat cooler and dark, the underground setting had almost no ventilation (which meant a strong smell of chemicals or mildew). The downstairs mirrored bedroom, also, was a fascinating choice for the brave. Be aware that no door separates it from the cinema room. With some trial and error we did get the projector working to watch the World Cup (which was fun). Check in was smooth, so between that, the quiet setting, and supreme location, I would recommend only with some notable reservations if you can accept the quirks of the place.

We really liked our stay

This apartment is quiet, modern and spacious. The host is very nice and responsive. It has three floors. The top floor is the ground floor and looks out onto a quiet courtyard with two attractive pools (decorative, not for swimming). The other two floors are below ground level which keeps the apartment nice and cool in the summer. All three floors are very well lit and bright. And there are big windows looking out to the courtyard. They all have shutters. Of the two ground floor bedrooms, one is in the interior away from the windows and the other has a small patio which has a hedge for privacy. But the area beyond that hedge is prohibited as well. So there is no problem with noise or privacy. Location is great with easy nearby access to both Les Halles and the Marais. We would absolutely stay here again.
