Very nice hotel…it is a little away from the center of Paris but the Metro is right around the corner where you find helpful service desks to help you navigate your way around. Lots of eating areas around as the hotel itself only offers breakfast and a bar! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Beds are nice, linen is high end, and the shower bathroom is large for Paris accommodations! I would stay there again!

This is a very good hotel. Staff and cleanliness were great. The only negative comment would be the location, which faces a wall and is dark and draby.

No sé ni por dónde empezar de lo terrible que fue mi experiencia. El hotel está en un lugar donde la calle está muy vacía y muy sucia, hay basura por todos lados y paredes grafiteadas, por la noche está muy solitario y feo. Lo realmente MALO de mi estancia fue que la luz se fue en todo el edificio por más de 12 horas, no había ascensores entonces subimos y bajamos 7 pisos unas 5 o 6 veces, decidí incluir el desayuno (muy malo por cierto) en cada día de mi estancia, el día que se fue la luz solo sirvieron pan, leche y agua, para los huéspedes que no habían pagado el desayuno se los regalaron y a los que sí lo pagamos nos prometieron una compensación la cual nunca llegó Lo PEOR de mi estancia fue tener que tratar con la señora Stéphanie Talón, gerente del hotel, la cual fue prepotente, al comentarle respecto a la compensación, me aventó su tarjeta de mala gana y me dijo que le mandara un correo y que pusiera mi “B Bank” a lo que yo respondí que si se refería a mi cuenta bancaria, ella procedió a burlarse de mi idioma natal el español al decirme que si no entendía lo que era una “B Bank” y que si no hablaba inglés? (Estábamos hablando en inglés, no entiendo por qué dijo eso sinceramente, quizá racismo hacia los latinos) comenzó a señalarme con el dedo despectivamente, me empezó a decir que a ella le paga Expedia y no yo, que solo le respondería directamente a Expedia tratándome de hacer menos. Además había muchas telarañas afuera de mi habitación, si quieres ver arañas ven.
